Will B did an amazing job on my nails and I didn't get the girls name who did my toes but she did a great job too. I really appreciate the attention to detail Will B gave. The only downfall is that it's quite pricey. My total came out to be 198 for a deluxe gel pedicure, and the short square ombre gel x with gel. Besides that the place is beautiful and the workers are very sweet and welcoming. I am a little confused on how it came out 198. On the website it says deluxe pedi is 48 plus 5 for add on gel, gel X is 75 with ombre (25), short (5) and the multiple colors (5). I thought it would've been 160. I got charged 15 for gel so im confused on that 🥲 UPDATED: Just got a text and he clarified that it was an extra for chrome nails and to add Gel polish to your toes is 15 dollars not 5. So everything was correct and it was my fault for not double checking or asking!! regardless it was great service. I will recommend and come back. Thank you so much

3-week update: I originally left a very positive review immediately after my appointment because initially my nails looked clean, natural, and polished. I also appreciated the efficiency of the service. Now that I’ve had the set for 3 weeks, I wanted to give a more long-term perspective. The good: - My gel pedicure held up well overall. - Only one finger nail experienced noticeable lifting, and that wasn’t until around 2.5 weeks. Most fingernails had minor sidewall lifting by 2.5 weeks. - The salon itself is still airy and comfortable. However, over time I started noticing a lack of precision and detail in both the manicure and pedicure that became harder to ignore, especially for the price point. There were small air bubbles in the manicure, the builder gel application was not completely smooth/even (“road bumps”), and the shaping of my nails wasn’t as refined or symmetrical as I would have liked. I also realized French tips are not ideal for me personally with a 3-week wear time because once the nails grow out, you start seeing both the painted French line and the natural free edge underneath. The biggest thing for me is that after leaving, I kept finding myself analyzing my nails and noticing inconsistencies instead of simply enjoying them. To me, that says a lot about the level of detail in the work. I got a soft French on my hands and it was not crispy and done with an attention to detail. I think this salon works well if you want something quick, efficient, and generally pretty from a normal viewing distance. But for builder gel specifically—ESPECIALLY if you value precision shaping, smooth application, meticulous detail, and long-term grow-out—I personally would invest in a more specialized nail tech next time. Overall, not a terrible experience, but ultimately not the right fit for the level of detail I’m personally looking for. I want to add that the pedicure was strong. I would rate the pedicure higher. My heels aren’t terrible, even after 3 weeks. If you’re going to do a service here, do a pedicure with Vincent. Original review: I had a great experience at Nail Muse. I booked with Vincent for my pedicure and Winn for my manicure, and both were amazing. I came in needing a full reset after a bad hard gel experience from another salon, and Winn handled the removal carefully and professionally before giving me a builder gel manicure. I really appreciated that I could rely on both of their expertise. Especially when it came to choosing nude tones that actually complemented my skin tone. I wanted a clean, simple, natural look and that’s exactly what I got. My cuticles look super clean and neat, and overall my nails feel polished without being overdone. The salon itself is airy, spacious, and just a really nice environment to be in.

Amy at Nail Muse is AMAZING!! 💕 She is seriously so friendly, sweet, kind, and helpful. She always makes sure I’m comfortable and that my matcha is filled the whole time 😂🍵. She constantly checks on me and reassures me that we’re almost done, which I really appreciate. She works quickly and efficiently but still makes sure everything comes out perfect. I had such a wonderful experience with Winn and Vincent during my visit today. Vincent did my toes and they turned out beautiful, the polish was perfectly even and he was so gentle throughout. He has such a calm, kind energy and made sure I was comfortable and happy every step of the way, all while keeping up the conversation. Winn is just as incredible. He truly has a gift, whether I come in with a fun, creative design or want something clean and natural, he brings it to life flawlessly. His nude nails are especially unmatched. Especially because he finds your perfect shade, boy a generic color. They are always so elegant and precise. What I appreciate most is how thoughtful he is, he really listens and makes sure your vision comes through exactly how you imagined (and often even better). They’re both so warm, talented, and genuinely lovely. I always leave feeling taken care of and a little more polished in every sense. Highly recommend!

This was my first time at Nail Muse and Vy was AMAZING. I was nervous trying a new nail tech and she made me feel very comfortable. Her attention to detail is unmatched and she is very knowledgeable, telling me about the different types of nails and styles and what would work best for me. My nails look so good. I will definitely be going back.
