Nail Time & Day Spa

I generally love this place, but unfortunately today’s visit was very disappointing. My pedicure was great, but my manicure was not. Sandy, who is absolutely amazing, was busy, so I was seated with another technician. From the beginning, he wasn’t very pleasant. While using the nail drill, he worked on every nail except one. When I politely asked if he was going to do the one he missed, his only response was, “Yep,” so I stayed quiet. Things got worse from there. While drilling under my nails, he nicked my finger. I pulled my hand back and said, “Ow,” but he didn’t acknowledge it or apologize. Later, while using the nail buffer, he somehow cut underneath another nail, causing it to bleed. I’m honestly not sure how that even happened with a buffer. At that point, I was trying to hold back tears because this was supposed to be my birthday set. I had shown him a photo of what I wanted when I first sat down, but he never asked to see it again, and the finished nails looked nothing like the inspiration photo. After everything that happened, I was just ready for it to be over. When I checked out and paid $150, I let the front desk know what had happened. The young woman there was very kind, apologetic, and assured me that I would never be seated with that technician again. I made it clear that none of this was her fault and that she didn’t need to apologize on his behalf. What disappointed me most was that the owner/manager was standing at the register during this conversation and never acknowledged what had happened or said a single word. I paid and left, but I was very unhappy with the overall experience. I’ve recommended this salon to many people because I’ve always had great experiences here. Going forward, however, I will only book with Sandy. She consistently does an amazing job and provides the level of care and professionalism I expect.

Service was great but my nails are not holding up. This is exactly why I asked for so but was told acrylic was stronger... it's been 5 days. 3 of those days I didn't work. $120 mind you (for nails, toes, and grat.) Update: thank you Nail Time for reaching out and getting it fixed for me with no complaints. Esther fixed the chipped nail and fixed up the others as well. They look way better now and I'm hoping they don't chip again (updated picture added).

My gel manicure lasted over a month. Great work, and huge color selection. Really loved all the neutral cat eye choices. Technician worked fast and I was seated at my appointment time.

Had an amazing experience here. Staff is sweet, welcoming and did a great job on my nails and waxing! I love it here

I went to get my nails done yesterday and the are all lumpy and ugly….so I decided to go BACK AGAIN today so they can fix it ….i also Tipped well! When I came back they asked if I can come back again tomorrow! That is absolutely crazy I didn’t think I was supposed to come back the next day to being with! My nails are still not fixed and the hosts did not care to fix my nails! I paid my hard earned money and tipped to get horrible service. Do better NAIL TIME & DAY SPA
