I have been getting my nails done at Nails Life Studio since 2020, and I can’t believe I’ve never taken time out of my day to write them a review. I’ve gotten my nails done by numerous technicians; Nic, Bella, Leanne, Tracy, TT (the amazing owner) and nobody has disappointed me. Even if the technicians that have done my nails in the past aren’t available, I am 100% confident in booking with any technician because everyone is AMAZING! Recently, TT did my nails and introduced me to GelX (which I am now in love with!!!!) She knew I didn’t get refills as often; props to her btw for knowing and recognizing her clients’ needs. We need more business owners like her. I highly recommend Bella! She does my gel pedicures and now GelX. Bella is so meticulous and intentional when she does your nails. I never leave disappointed. Bella is my girl! I am surprised at some of these negative reviews because I can tell you with 100% honesty that after 6 years of being a customer at Nails Life Studio I have NEVER encountered a problem. Thank you to TT and her staff for creating such a welcoming and accommodating environment. I will always rave about yall.

Love, love, love this salon! I been getting my nails done with Annie since 2021 omg I can’t believe it’s been that long already. The quality of her work is top notch. The detail the structure of the nail exceeds expectations. She is far from being an amateur artist. I do forewarn that this salon is on the pricier end, but you get what you pay for. I get my pedis with just about anyone. All the ladies are great and kind. Front desk they are great and friendly too. This place is well maintained and staff is awesome.

The customer service is great. Everyone was nice. I attached the pictures below. That’s the ending result. I was satisfied with the services. I have my natural nails and I have a on lay on them of acrylic and I got the pedicure. That’s a step up from the basic pedicure for those two services. It came out to $192 for me before checking out, I gave both nail technicians $20 cash each once I got to the counter they had the tips included by percentages. I did select the $25 Option which was the lowest amount, but I had already given each technician $20 each cash. But that was my first time. I didn’t know how it was set up because I have it. I am a decent tipper I believe in it. I live in a memorial area and I used to go to a high-end nail salon in a memorial area, but my technician is out of the country so I decided to try another salon. To be honest $192 is on one of the higher price points. I’ve never paid that much before but it is what it is. Plus, I could say I’m satisfied with what I received.

(Reduced to 1 star for the absence of an apology and offer to reassure customer safety at the salon) My biggest concern with nail salons is the lack of consistent state board standards. Many salons offer services that technicians are not properly trained to perform. Each time I visit this salon, I find myself having to educate staff on basic safety practices and proper techniques. During my last two visits, safety became a serious issue. On one occasion, a technician handled my nails so roughly that it caused a cut on my finger, and no cleaning or sanitation was provided afterward. When I requested a different technician, the response was frustration rather than professionalism. In addition to safety concerns, the quality of the work has been poor. My nails are often sloppy, and due to improper technique, they do not last as long as they should. I have to fix them when I get home. On my most recent visit, I was instructed to place my hands under the lamp for 12 minutes per hand, which raised additional safety concerns. When I questioned this, I was met with attitude and yelling. It feels as though customers are discouraged from holding the salon accountable for proper safety, quality, and professional standards.

I’ve been seeing Annie at Nail Life Studio, and she is absolutely worth my 45-minute commute! I keep my natural nails with structure gel. Her nail art and suggestions are always on point ..creative, detailed, and exactly what I have in mind (sometimes even better!). I’ve also gotten gel pedicures here, and they’ve done an amazing job. The salon itself is professional, super clean, and has a friendly, welcoming vibe. Highly recommend Annie and the whole team at Nail Life Studio!
