Ladies, this place is a gem! It is, without a doubt, the best spot I could possibly find for my nails. The guy at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart, and the manicurist does spectacular work—she is, quite literally, the best in Los Angeles. I’ve visited so many places, and—while there may be other spots that do a good job—this team surpasses them all. That’s why I always come back: they make me feel right at home. Plus, she is incredibly talented at what she does; she executes every design I request with total confidence and absolute perfection. I recommend it 100%—you won't regret it! 😊

I walked in the night I flew in to get a fill on my builder gel. Everyone was so accommodating and courteous. They were able to squeeze me in so that I didn’t have to come back later. My nail tech was transparent about pricing throughout the service and communicated well to confirm what I wanted. I was offered refreshments (water, tea, or mimosa) and they gave me a heated, weighted neck pillow while I got my nails done. My nails were so clean and lasted a month. It was an all-around amazing experience and the perfect way to start off my trip!

This was my first time coming to this salon and I can say it is worth it! I had my nails done by the lovely lady Anh. The service was really nice as everyone treats you nice and with a warm smile. Recommend coming here as prom season has started!

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I walked in today, 4:30pm on a Thursday and the salon was basically empty except for one customer. The vibes immediately felt off the second I walked in. Someone came over and asked what I needed, and I explained that I’d recently had my nails done elsewhere but didn’t love them. I was only asking if they could file and repaint them — these are my natural nails, not a full set or anything complicated. I completely understand not wanting to fully redo another salon’s work, but instead of asking any follow-up questions or even looking at my nails, he looked me dead in the eye and said they “didn’t have time.” In an empty salon. I even repeated it back like, “Oh… you don’t have time?” and he confirmed. I walked in because I live a few blocks away and they had good reviews. They easily could’ve gained a loyal local customer, but instead wanted to be rude. Update: Owner says he suggested making an appointment. That never happened. He was rude, dismissive and unhelpful. Maybe next time just take accountability.
