They took very good care of my mom, were excellent in communicating schedules, needs, and concerns. Nurse My was exceptionally helpful in being ready to assist at anytime and helpful in finding solutions to emerging health challenges.
I was under the care of this home health provider for over a year through Kaiser. I was suddenly discharged with no notice, no replacement nurse, and no plan despite having active pressure sores and ongoing medical needs. Management cited reasons that were not medically appropriate, and I was told to find care myself. This was a very unsafe experience. I’m sharing this to alert other families to carefully review home health options and ensure safe continuity of care. Also- imagine being denied medical records because my signature changes. Get better practices, admin, clinical, communication, and stop lying to people during the worst times of their lives. Home health is for those in great need and vulnerable, do better.
Caitlyn Mallobox, the home health RN provided excellent care. She helped me through my surgery and made me feel extremely comfortable. I could not have had a better home health experience. Will definitely request National Home Health services again in the future!
Catlin Came in did dressing changes on my mother and was very kind, gentle and informative to us. We really loved her. I would recommend the company to anyone who is in need of care.
