I had a few broken silver chains that I wanted to cherish, the team at Nazo Jewelry repaired them perfectly within a instant! I also had them clean my other two silver chains while I was there, and they all came out looking like new. I had a rather rare brand new ceramic ladies watch that I needed to have altered to fit my small wrist and also the watch needed to have new batteries inserted. I recently moved to Plano and was unfamiliar with the area. I telephoned Nazo's and a very kind gentleman gave me driving instructions. He said he would watch for me at the door since his shop did not face onto Coit directly. Also, it was getting close to closing time and I was worried about holding him up. He very kindly kept reassuring me not to worry about the time and that he would stay as long as it took at no charge to me! This kind gentleman worked on my watch for about 45 minutes and when he brought it to me he explained that the entry to the batteries was very unusual and somewhat challenging. He did manage to gain entry and change the batteries. He fit the watch to my wrist perfectly. I am extremely pleased with all of the services he provided! This is a beautiful jewelry store. I needed to have extensive work done on a brand new watch so that it would it would run properly and the owner did this even though the repairs ran over beyond his closing time by approximately 45 minutes.
