Now I know why they are going down hill…. Honestly this is the first time shopping here, where I was refuse an item bc the store assistant manager is buying it later. When I’m here to buy it now. Lmao. Apparently, as a customer, I am below the employee. Thank goodness Alice Yu. Was great and she is trying to order the items for me at another store. I don’t have a lot of confidence on it being send out. I have been disappointed in this store so many times but Alice always bring me back in. With her wonderful service. I rather spend my money elsewhere. I travel enough to spend my money in European or Japan, then and this establishment if this continue. I remember 20 years ago working in retail you always wanna a customer to leave with a bag.

I’ve been purchasing my Zegna suits from the Neiman Marcus Atlanta store for years and have always had excellent experiences—until now. This was a complete disaster from start to finish. I contacted my salesperson a week in advance to schedule an appointment for a new blue Zegna suit. When I arrived, I was shocked by the lack of inventory. I was told they could have a suit sent in by Thursday, which required me to extend my stay in Atlanta at my own expense. That turned out to be a big mistake. The suit never arrived as promised. Instead of walking away, I was persuaded by management to have a different suit marked by a tailor so they could “use the measurements later.” Two weeks later, my suit finally arrived—but the jacket sleeves were nowhere close to correct, far too long to be wearable. I attempted to have the sleeves altered locally, but due to the price and the extent of the correction needed, the tailor refused. I immediately contacted my salesperson and requested the jacket be returned to Neiman Marcus for proper alterations, with a firm deadline before my international trip on April 29. At that point, things only got worse. The alterations manager told me there was “no way” to meet the timeline. After pushing back, my salesperson assured me it would be done in time. I waited all day for delivery—nothing. Later, I was told the shipment was delayed. I instructed them to return the package to the store since no one would be home to sign for it. That request was ignored. Instead, FedEx left the package at my front door with no signature required while my house was empty. Completely unacceptable. I purchased this suit on March 10, 2026. As of today, I still do not have a properly fitted suit. I also requested a call from the store’s GM before my trip—no response. This level of service is shocking, especially for a luxury retailer. Longtime customers deserve far better than broken promises, poor communication, and careless handling of expensive purchases.
