Nen Head Spa

It was soooo relaxing! The brand new spa is gorgeous, calm, modern… there is such attention to detail and ensuring you are taken care of. Head and neck acupressure + massage of the scalp - so brilliant. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend!!!!

I have been looking for a good head-spa in the Bay Area for a long time. I miss the ones I used to get almost every day in Vietnam. Luckily, I don’t have to search anymore because Nen spa gave the best head-spa experienced I’ve ever had here at home. Hailey was amazing with the hair wash and massage. I told her I felt like I was in Vietnam again. There was a lot of time spent on the massage which is my favorite part. I went with my mom and friend and they said it was super relaxing, and all our hair was super soft after. The place is also designed beautifully. Make your appointment today. You won’t regret it. We can’t wait to go back. :)

I left this place feeling like a goddess! The individual who worked on me was Joana and she did a beautiful job. I purchased the Nen option from the other choices and it did NOT disappoint. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted and tended for. It smelled so soothing; displayed amazing cleanliness, and sounded tranquil. I was given a comfortable sleeveless gown and slippers prior to starting the session. Joana did not rush through, but took her time and genuinely put effort into this appointment. Before we started, she used a device to show me how my scalp was in pretty bad shape from the buildup and debris and took some photos. She cleaned and massaged my face, neck, and shoulders really well. My arms, wrist, and hands were also messaged with oils. She got a knot out in my neck, both shoulders, and the very top of my back. Frankly, it felt so amazing and relaxing. After we were done with that portion, she began blow drying my hair and politely asked if it was okay to use certain hair products in my hair. My hair felt silky; my scalp was clean, and my hair just looked so pretty to me. Joana was so sweet, respectful, and considerate. I also have an unhealed ear piercing and she made sure to protect and not accidentally trigger it. I do not live in SF, but if I did then I would absolutely love to add this place to my beauty routines for every month. I would recommend this place to every person I know, because it was a wonderful experience. I attached photos below- my scalp before are the bottom two and my after picture is on the top left.

What a wonderful head spa treatment. It was my first time doing this treatment and I was soooo pleasantly surprised. What a special treat. Everything was clean and relaxing, the head and neck massage was amazing and just what I needed. I didn’t want to leave. I highly recommend!!

Wonderful experience. So relaxing. The facility is clean and classy. We had the 75 minute head treatment. A bit horrifying and embarrassing to see how your scalp looks under magnification. The facial and neck massage was great. Will definitely return.
