I came in not expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised! I found exactly what I needed to make my Chinese beauty soup — silver ear mushroom and lotus seeds — which aren’t always easy to find. I also ended up picking up some treats and Axe Oil that I use all the time. Bonus find! The auntie at the counter was surprisingly very nice and friendly. It felt different from what I’m used to back home where shopkeepers can sometimes be a bit stuck up. This was a genuinely good experience overall. I’ll definitely be back.

Recently paid $50 for an expired tea box. So disappointed as I gifted it to my family member who lives far away so I cannot return it. Be aware of purchasing stuff here!

Loved coming here but they gave us the wrong product and we thought they would rectify the situation at least giving us the proper items and instead we got a no. I understand food items can't be put back out. But when it's completely wrong and we can't even get what we paid for? Asked for a refund then because we weren't keeping the stuff she gave us and they wouldn't give us one. Make sure you check everything and taste the bagged ingredients if you can here before paying and leaving because they don't care about you no matter how much you frequent or spend at their shop.

These folks speak English very well. Whether you need Real tea, Chinese products like candy and quick meals you make home, or most important, herbs, this is the only place you should consider coming. All you have to do is walk in, and you will know, these folks know herbs, have the best selection of herbs, and the best prices. Once, when I was there, I heard a man who flew in from Tennessee just to go to this store. But it's not like a American shop. There are no computer check outs and you don't get a huge shopping cart when you come in, and, if your arriving by automobile, it may be a hassle. I don't know. the bicycle parking is right in front of the store!
