New Top Nails Salon

First time here. 3/22/26. Not sure if this is the same place the business card says new top nails and that they’re open on Sundays 12 to 5 but here on Google it says new top nail salon has a different phone number and says they’re closed on Sundays. I was never offered a menu to look at until I sat down in the chair nor did I see a menu upon entering . I requested a $60 exotic tangerine pedicure, I think there must’ve been a language barrier cause nothing about that pedicure said tangerine to me. The lady was super nice. I was never offered a Beverage either. Overall, it was just OK. I think they could improve.

I've come to New Top Nails for several years and have always received professional customer service. Several techs have worked with me and I've been happy with all of them.

Avoid! I went in for a full pedicure and won’t ever return. First, there were bugs in the polish display. I ignored as it may not be the cleaning weekend and I didn’t want to judge. I was asked to go and sit in the chair. The lady who performs pedicure is the main lady who typically speaks when you come in and asks what services you’d like. She didn’t cut nor file my toenails down. The polish job was terrible. So much so the woman next to me said she needs to redo. The polish was clumpy on my big toes and not fully polished on there other toes. When I pointed it out, she started over and still didn’t fully cover my nail. I had to tell her to fix it. After fixing it, she went on to put the clear on and you could clearly there were parts on my toes that did not get the top coat. I had to ask her to fix it. I don’t understand why she rushed my pedicure. I sat down at the same time with my friend and was finished 15mins before she started getting polished. We requested the same service. Waste of time and money. If you don’t want to work, don’t go.

The best people in the world I swear ! I just love visiting my favorite nail salon , Thank you Johnny for saving my nails I was close to tears and hated my how my nails were done . I should’ve just had you do my whole set thank you for taking the time to fix my horrible nails you’re awesome , everyone here is so nice and they are very creative with nail designs. Love love love this place

Horrible experience. My service began with a deluxe spa pedicure. The female tech did not attempt any type of interaction and did not provide any type of leg massage. Horrible! Then the male nail tech watched something on his phone the entire service and kept drilling my cuticles in the process. The cherry 🍒 on top, the manager charged my card $796 instead of $196 for the terrible service, then I get outside to discover the color on my hands and feet do not match... 😭 Never going back...
