The staff at Newbury dental are friendly and efficient. Appointments start on time and all procedures are thoroughly explained before started. Dr. Nguyen is my dentist and she is wonderful. She is patient in explaining a problem and the options for solutions. She acknowledges that financial constraints may play a role in treatment options and/or the timing of treatments which highlights her commitment to working closely with each patient to achieve the best outcome possible. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a dentist.

Dr. Leyla is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She has great bedside manners as a doctor, and performs all procedures with the utmost care for her patients. I’ve had multiple procedures with her, and they have all been extremely successful. She makes sure the patient understands the process, and is comfortable throughout. The facility itself is extremely clean and well run, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I cannot recommend her enough.

I had a fantastic first visit today! I’ve struggled for years to find a good dentist. My prior dentist experiences have been terrible and further increased my dental anxiety. Not here. From the minute I walked in I felt listened to and supported from the person doing my X-ray, to the interaction with the dentist and the cleaning at the end. The exam was incredibly thorough and holistic. I was provided recommendations for orthodontic care (offered in house with a second opinion referral as another option. Stretches for my TMJ and a thorough cleaning that left a yellow tooth (due to overcrowding) white again! I have sensitive gums so I also appreciated that I was offered numbing cream and lidocaine rinse to make it more comfortable. I appreciated the gentle approach and the clear explanations about reasoned care between visits. Dentist: The dentist conducted a comprehensive examination, taking the time to review my dental history and any concerns I had. She was thorough in her assessment, discussed findings in a clear and respectful manner, and highlighted actionable steps to improve my oral health. I left with a well-defined plan and a sense of confidence about the path forward. Overall, Newbury Dental delivered a high-quality, patient-centered experience.
