My first time here, I’d rate it higher. I had Elena as my tech and she did my first Russian manicure and pedicure. I had no issues and a pleasant experience. My second time here, I had my lashes and brows done by Alina and she did a great job. The nail tech scheduled to do my nails called out, but they were still able to accommodate me if I did not do the nail design I originally desired. Unfortunately, the tech that did my nails rushed through the manicure and caused a lot of trauma to my nail beds - they’re now inflamed, red, and have micro cuts/abrasions. My skin barrier is completely compromised due to aggressive and rushed cuticle work. They did not look like that after my first manicure (see photos). **The tech said she was sorry and she was rushed. Despite my positive first experience, I would not return for a manicure due concern for infection and pain following second experience. I would, however, return to see Alina for lashes and brows.

I’ve been a client at NEWLOOK for two years, and I absolutely love this salon! The team always does an amazing job, and my nails look perfect every single time. Everyone is friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The quality of the work is outstanding, and that’s why I keep coming back. Without a doubt, the best nail salon in Orlando!

I am obsessed with this salon! They always do a fantastic job and pay great attention to detail. I’ve been coming here for 1.5yrs and have never been unhappy. There have been a couple times when there was something I wanted fix, and they were very responsive and fixed it without hesitation or extra cost. They also serve you free drinks, like lattes, and snacks to your seat while you get your nails done, it’s truly VIP service. Couldn’t recommend enough, I recommend them to all of my friends!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I came here because of their Instagram promotion (Lash lamination & tint + brow lamination — $150) and this ended up being one of the WORST beauty service experiences I’ve ever had. I specifically asked for a NATURAL brow lamination look, similar to the style I had done before (AT A DIFFERENT PLACE) - Brow Wizard), and my eyebrows came out looking completely over-processed, stiff, and unnatural. They literally look like “Grinch brows.” The hairs were brushed aggressively straight upward with zero softness or natural shaping. I also paid EXTRA for eyebrow waxing ($30) and upper lip waxing ($20), which is absolutely insane considering upper lip wax is usually around $10 almost anywhere else. What made it even worse is that the technician repeatedly applied wax over the SAME areas multiple times, which should NEVER happen. My skin is now extremely irritated, red, burning, and painful. My eyes were burning during and after the appointment, and the lash tint was poorly done and smeared underneath my eyes. I walked out looking like a raccoon because of all the black tint left under my eyes. Communication was also extremely difficult because the technician barely spoke or understood English, making it almost impossible to explain what I wanted or communicate concerns during the service. Then came the pricing issue. When I went to pay, they initially tried charging me $250, even though I came specifically for the Instagram promotion they advertised. After I questioned it, they suddenly changed the price, and I STILL ended up paying $200 for one of the worst services of my life. To make matters worse, they didn’t even provide the protective plastic covers or proper aftercare instructions that are normally given after brow lamination to keep the brows dry during the first 24 hours. My lashes look like I didn’t do anything (I don’t see any difference!!!) the only difference is the discomfort that I’m feeling in my eyes right now Also, her phone was next to my face during the entire service and it kept vibrating in my ear 🙄 The prices are absurd, the service felt careless and rushed, my skin is damaged and irritated, and my brows and lashes look terrible. Save your money and go somewhere else.
