Honestly, I wish I had discovered this place sooner! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and friendly. I was seated right away and asked what color I wanted. The staff took the time to make sure it was exactly the shade and tone I was looking for, which I really appreciated. I was also offered a beverage almost immediately, making the experience feel even more relaxing and enjoyable. Not only was the customer service excellent, but the quality of the work was amazing. My nails came out exactly how I wanted them, and my toes look absolutely great! The attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and it’s clear that they genuinely care about making sure their clients leave happy. Safe to say, I have officially found my new go-to nail salon. I will definitely be back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great nail experience!

Amazing experience! I absolutely love my manicure and pedicure. I forgot the name of the lady who did my pedicure, but I believe my nail technician was Billy, was professional, friendly, incredibly detailed, and very talented. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I especially loved the shape of my nails. They were filed beautifully and not bulky at all. They look very natural, even with the builder base, which is amazing. The finish is clean, elegant, and exactly what I was hoping for. I’m attaching a photo of my nails because they turned out beautiful. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this salon!

I’m a regular at nexgen with Chloe! She always does such a wonderful job and the rest of the staff are so accommodating and sweet. I appreciate their punctuality and the attention to detail in every step! Totally would recommend!!

I’ve been coming here for the past three months, and Chloe has been my go-to nail tech! She’s amazing, super sweet, and always does an incredible job with my nail sets. I’ve shown her reference photos several times, and she always does an excellent job recreating them. I’m always happy with the results and highly recommend both this nail salon and Chloe!

UPDATE: The service continues to remain TOP NOTCH and Nathan is still my go to for pedicures . I have recently had the pleasure of having Thomas work on my nails while Sofia is on vacation. Do not sleep on Thomas! He is REALLY GOOD and he can SHAPE your nails to perfection! Thank you Nexgen for your AMAZING SERVICE! Recently moved to Austin from DFW and Nexgen has been the first and only place I have been; with the exception of one time I had to go to another salon due to scheduling conflicts. With that being said I will not go anywhere else! Every single nail technician is actually REALLY GOOD! MY FAVORITES are Nathan who is AMAZING with my pedicure! OMG that man has magic hands! And Sofia is FLAWLESS with my designs and refills (builder gel). Kit & Kat are the cutest couple and they both do AMAZING work! Teresa who sits next to Nathan and Kat is also REALLY GOOD but I don’t remember her name! This place is truly TOP NOTCH with GREAT customer service! I highly recommend going here! Thank me later
