The people work into the front desk they treat patients is really bad I used to be he patient but because the service then I changed to the other doctor and I'm happy with the new doctor

It's really unfortunate that I have to knock down 4 stars on a doctor, because his medical assistants / front desk staff are such horrible people to work with. Dr. Nghia is an outstanding physician and really takes the time to explain things to both my parents in Vietnamese and then again to me in English, since my Vietnamese is poor. I really appreciate his patience with us. His medical assistants / front desk staff are the most unorganized staff I have experienced. They do not call until a few hours before an appointment to cancel on us, because there were details that were unconfirmed ON THEIR END. This call should have happened at least a day before, so time that we take off of work would not be wasted. They also call the patient to make calls on their behalf. If they need any sort of records from my mom's other doctors' offices and/or to communicate with her pharmacist, they call me and ask me to call the other party. This is something they should take care of. At first, I figured it was just because their English barrier. It is not that, because they are able to communicate with me in perfect English. To add icing on the cake, because my Vietnamese is poor, they are very condescending to me over the phone and when I am at the office with my parents. It is extremely frustrating to work with staff like this. I am not sure how much I am going to put up with, even if Dr. Nghia is a great doctor.

The worse family doctor anyone can have especially seniors patient...what a joke of calling himself a doctor. When asked to speak to about a medical report from hospital and treatment plan he told us to go to the hospital and figure it out because he doesn't have time. I wish one day one of your family member is in desperate help and guidance and all they get is a money hungry joke like you. If you need money so bad then become a debt collector so you can hurry yourself w money.

Due to certain financial issues I have yet to follow up with this doctor, despite that the one visit I had was enough to learn that this is a real genuine doctor who has a passionate caring for his patients. Like I said this was a first impression he nailed and I look forward to my next visit.

Called doctor office to request refill for some urgent medications for patient. The lady on the line said to send it over and wait. Pharmacy told her we sent it already a while ago and ask her how long is the process since patient need it urgently. She gruetly put the pharmacy on hold and then hung up the phone, seem like she did not care about patient
