I had the pleasure of working with Ngoc Mai Immigration Services, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! From the moment I reached out for assistance with my immigration process, their team provided professional, efficient, and personalized support. They walked me through each step, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Ngoc Mai’s attention to detail, coupled with their deep knowledge of immigration laws, made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and stress-free. They genuinely care about their clients and go above and beyond to ensure everything is handled meticulously.

Ngoc Mai was very experience and efficient to resolve my divorce case. She was also extremely polite and responsive whenever I contacted her. In 2019, I came to a lawyer to help me file a divorce which never got finished for the next 5 years due to his negligence. In July 2024, I had to remove him from my case, but by that time the documents he prepared for me were either incorrectly filed or missing. Therefore I couldn’t do it myself and most of the legal offices declined to help me because it was a big mess. Fortunately, when I brought the documents to Ngoc Mai’s office, she evaluated the situation and decided to follow up with my case and corrected all the forms and mistakes my lawyer made. Within 3 months my case finally got accepted and finalized. It was a relief to finally got a closeup for my divorce after almost 5 years. I can’t thank her enough.

Confidentiality The place is wide open, anyone can hear the discussion about one's case. This is rather alarming given that most people prefer to have their cases to themselves and not overheard by others. Knowledge "Consultants", not lawyers. Therefore, be careful on some of the advices they give (do some fact checks). Professionalism Pre-concept notion: They assumed that I was staying in US illegally and treated like I was a sort of "a disease" which felt horrible. Although the place has helped many people with there cases and that the owner is well-liked, I would caution others to consider the facts above. Hopefully, the owner will adjust their own policy and consideration to have the business get better and grow exponentially.

The staff at the office was caring and extremely helpful in answering any questions that our family had. My sister has terminal cancer and we were so worried that our siblings would not be able to immigrate due to her illness, but Ngoc Mai office helped us to draft a letter to the immigration office which led to expedition of our application. My siblings received their visas and we will able to reunite soon. Thank you so much to all the wonderful staff and I would highly recommend to trust them with your immigration needs!
