I dont understand why you all complaining about this office. My family have been with Dr Bich office since I move here in 12 grade which is in 1991. They have been good to my parents. Ive been taking my parents here everytime I come visit or to take care of them since 1991 and still going. Yes like every Dr office in the world each patient's have different sickness. Sometime they have to tend to other patient's longer due to complications. Try to have patience. For those complaining about the wait time. Just because ur insurance is paying for the Dr visits doesnt mean you have priorities or you have the rights to be rude. Some of yall are soo entitled. Relax and enjoy the quiet time at the Dr office. Remember of ur having a bad day, just remember someone elses is having a worst day out there.

Dr Cao Khoa is an excellent physician with very good bedside manners. Every time I visit his clinic the employees in the front desk and the nurses treat me with respect. Dr Cao takes time discussing and explaining my medical condition. He explains in the most simplest terms the best way to treat my medical condition. I always feel very happy when I leave his clinic. I and my family have been his patients for over 6 years. I will not hesitate to recommend Dr Cao to anybody I know.

I am currently at the office right now and I have not been seen yet after 2 hours!!! After several times complaining to them about the extended wait time, they finally put us in just to wait again. I left the room to make another complaint and they kept saying the Dr. was coming. One nurse also specifically said Dr. Cao takes forever because he likes to chit chat with patients. I overheard the front desk asking each other about how they messed up the schedule and that they were letting other patients in before us although they came after. We are in the room waiting and I could hear him chit chatting outside. Very poor service. Would not recommend.

*** Listen DOCTOR *** My kid is not sick. We are simply here for a yearly check up to maintain our insurance. The insurance that pays you and your staff. Our time is just as valuable as yours. Your front desk gladly gave us an appointment for 415p. We checked in at 4p. It is now 6p and we are still waiting. Some of us have to head out to work the night shift and are now unable to cook dinner for our family. We cannot afford to eat out. Please keep this in mind the next time you open your office as a place to hoard other people's money and time.

Amazing, professional doctors and staff. I’ve been a patient for over 15 years. I will always go here as needed. I highly recommend this doctor’s office.
