Dr. Nguyen is a great doctor. He listens to my concerns, takes the time to answer my questions, and is always thorough in his care. I appreciate how closely he follows up and how much he cares about his patients. He is knowledgeable, caring, and easy to talk to. The office staff is also friendly and professional.I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen and his team.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received when calling this clinic to schedule an appointment at approximately 9:28 AM on June 10, 2026. The staff member who answered the phone, a Vietnamese-speaking female receptionist, was rude, impatient, and dismissive throughout the conversation. Her tone was hostile and unprofessional, making me feel unwelcome from the moment the call began. I genuinely felt as though she wanted to end the call and discourage me from becoming a patient. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect regardless of my background. Unfortunately, the interaction left me feeling judged and discriminated against. Because of this experience, I have lost confidence in this clinic and will not be returning. No patient should be treated this way when simply trying to schedule an appointment. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional customer service training to ensure future patients are treated with professionalism and respect.

The virtual appointment itself was smooth and well-organized. The provider I saw was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and approachable, taking the time to listen carefully and explain everything clearly. I truly felt cared for and respected as a patient. Dr. Uy Nguyen is the best. I have been his patient for many many years. He is very thorough, friendly, respectful, honest and professional. I moved to another state but I still come to his practice for my yearly check-up.

Spoke to receptionist Eva or Ava and she was very rude. The first time I called she started the call with “hello” without mentioning the name of the practice then hung up while I was talking. I called a second time and she was not helpful at all and had a horrible attitude.
