Đăng nhập để đánh giáDespite several poor reviews regarding the office, my wife decided to give it a try and visited the office several times for an issue she was having . Doctors were very polite and seemed knowledgeable. She provided her insurance card and the staff confirmed it was in network. They provided an out of pocket estimate and she scheduled a date for the procedure. A few days before the scheduled date, the office called her and asked her to call the insurance company and make sure it was covered. When we questioned why we needed to do it, if they had already received approval. There answer was “well there’s a lot of fine print.” Seems incompetent at best and shady at worst. We canceled the procedure and will find a better option. Be careful.
My mom is patient of Dr. Son Duong. As a diabetic patient she was having leg pain, cramps, tingling, and ulcer on her feet. Dr. Son Duong was very attentive and took the time to listen to us and ask my mom questions. He did a thorough checking on both her feet and had the staff do test in the office. He explained the procedure in detail and showed her the cause and what option would be best for her. Not only is the provider amazing but he comes with great staff. They took care of the insurance and called her the day before her procedure, to give instructions literally going on and beyond just to make sure my mom was taken care of and felt more at comfortable. After a few days my mom is feeling much better, is on her feet and her diabetes is under control. Thank Dr. Son Duong, Tina and staff. From Janet. P
I have not met any doctor here with current year 2023 yet but the staffs of this facility is absolutely horrible terrible rudes and professional I was treated with disrespect poorly over the telephone when I tried to make an opt to see doctor per my doctor refer with my health insurance already been approved already faxed over. The woman said her name was CAMELIA and she was office manager ! She hung up in middle of telephone call when I told her I could not hear her and she was talking to multiple people at her office while I was on the phone with her she talked to me just like she talk to a 5 years old kid that she in a angry hot temper rudes loud tone of voice and I can hear her talking to someone or talk to herself that she call me “ BITCH” when I simply ask if she have any earlier day for opt because I am in pain!!! So much more rudest things she conduct her business for this office over the phone. I just can not believe anyone could be in such harassing patient and disrespect to patient like this CAMILIA office manager and she refused to let me talk to doctor when I request so I will file complaint with medical board about this office! And I will come in person to try to meet with the owner doctor of this place which is Dr. SON DUONG. Maybe she is the family member of Dr SON DUONG so she think she can act rudest to anyone I need to find out.
Dr. Duong is one of the most meticulous and thorough doctors around. He makes you and your family feel at ease under his care, and he takes the time to explain your condition and treatment options with you.
I will give 3 stars only... The Dr was an AMAZING man but the level of sevices the office gives terrible! They do not call you back if you leave a VM or message with the exchange. When you tell them they are not helpful they hang up on you... This I have never had with any Dr's office I have ever called before.
