Night Light Nails

Came here for a gel mani and pedi with French. Paid $100 including tip since I found a deal on group on. Honestly feel like I got what I paid for. Crooked nails and already peeling. Would not come again or tell a friend. Would not recommend. One of my nails broke the day after I got them done and I had to wait 30 min for Van to arrive even though the salon opens at 10AM. Super unprofessional and not the cleanest place. Will have to stick to Ballard or Issaquah for quality work.

Worst experience ever— my eyebrows were messed up, I’m praying to go else where to get them fixed tomorrow. My toes, I had to teach the tech how to do them. There was dust all over my feet, they didn’t have all the stuff the needed to do my toes at the time, I didn’t get a real pedicure and my cuticles didn’t get buffed properly or toes shaped properly. It’s NOT worth the money your paying. I’m really upset. It was very unsanitary, the owner was washing her son in one of the foot bowls. I WILL never come back— I was very upset and remained professional for my sake. But there needs to be a salon revamp, everything looked run down, broken, and not a safe place to do nails. There needs to be more trained nail technicians. It was a very discouraging experience.

I should’ve taken the existing reviews seriously before coming here. I don’t think this place deserves even one star. I went in for both a pedicure and manicure, but after the way my pedicure was handled, I decided not to proceed with the manicure. The entire service felt extremely rushed, as if they were trying to close within minutes. Instead of being relaxing, the pedicure was uncomfortable and painful, and the overall service felt careless and poorly done. I genuinely would not recommend this place, even if the services were offered for free. It was a complete waste of both money and time. Extremely disappointing experience.

The person who spent the most time on my feet was very kind. The person who painted my nails was quick. It wasn’t the best polish job and certainly not the cheapest ($60 before tip) but I’ll take kindness and their hours of operation into consideration before trusting all the 1 star reviews. I’d come back again!

Very messy work, I was cringing the whole time. What a waste of money. Do not recommend. Update- got my nails done in another place, and they were so good at correcting the mess I got here. Since it was for an event, I had to get my nails done again. The experience was like night and day, again goes to show they lack professionalism.
