Everything was amazing today! Henry did my nails, and he was an absolute joy. He was so kind, took his time, and made sure everything was perfect. The entire staff is always so welcoming and friendly—it’s honestly a pleasure coming here because everyone treats you so well. My daughter also got her nails done, and they gave her the same wonderful experience. We both left happy and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I’ve been getting my nails done by Ali, and she is absolutely amazing. She always pays attention to every little detail, and my nails come out beautiful every single time. The lady who did my nails I could tell just was not super capable anymore unfortunately. She was sweet. But she had to redo a simple paint on my toes and it still came out almost looking like I did it myself. Also my gel nails are see through and have bubbles and dirt spots in them. I didn’t have time to sit today and request a redo but still a very disappointing experience

REDONE AND FIXED NAILS Update: After receiving a response on my initial review, I came back and Thy was kind enough to offer a full complimentary redo on all my nails. She did an excellent job and I value how responsive and kind they were with the entire situation. As seen in the bottom photos. 👍😁 The technician who did my pedicure with gel was excellent. My feet look amazing and he clearly takes pride in his work. However, my experience with the gel manicure was disappointing. The technician who did my nails was doing it while standing, talking on the phone, and seemed rushed once another client arrived. The quality suffered as a result. I appreciate good work, and when a job isn’t done right, it’s frustrating. I’d return for the pedicure service, but would need to see improvement with the manicure team before coming back.

Please make sure to check all 4 photos, including the ones showing my nails after just 1 week:( I left a note when booking that thorough cuticle and callus care was very important to me. However, the female technician completely ignored it. The cuticles and calluses around my nails weren't cleaned up at all, and the French tips were painted so messily. When I pointed out that my nails weren't properly cleaned, she tried to use a cheap trick—putting drops of cuticle oil on my cuticles at the very end to temporarily make them look neat. If I wanted to just cover up messy nails with oil, I would have done that at home for free. I paid for professional care, not a temporary illusion. After I complained, a male staff member tried to touch it up and fix her mess, but because the foundation was already so ruined, layering more gel and trying to trim it afterwards didn't help at all. As you can see in the photos, it still looks like an awful, thick DIY job. To make matters worse, the first technician was visibly annoyed and treated me as if I didn't know anything. Extremely unprofessional and a total waste of money. ------To reply to the owner's comment ???????????? Your response makes absolutely no sense. Whether it's a regular polish or a gel set, basic cuticle trimming and nail prep are the absolute fundamentals of any professional nail service. I am uploading more photos (the 3rd and 4th images) taken just one week after my visit. As you can see, the cuticles are completely messy because they weren't cleaned, and the gel is already lifting and peeling off. This is clearly a lack of basic skill and poor quality control, not a matter of an "added service." I am extremely disappointed with both the results and this ridiculous excuse.
