If anyone is thinking about buying a diamond, please do yourself a favor and stay away from Nobile Fine Jewelry. On 8/2/2023, I purchased a 3.01 carat round diamond for $81,000. At the time of sale, they made it sound very reassuring: within the first year, if I wanted to sell it back, I would only lose around 10%, and after that the value would follow the market. It sounded like a purchase that would hold its value reasonably well. But the reality was very different. On 1/20/2026, I contacted the founder/CEO of the store and was offered $60,000 to buy it back. As of today, 5/28/2026, their offer dropped again to $50,000. That means in less than 3 years, the diamond lost nearly $31,000 in value — over 38%. What’s even more frustrating is that the store explained it by saying “the market fluctuates” and “diamond prices are down.” According to the CEO, the resale value is now based on Rare Carat. But what I don’t understand is this: when I bought the diamond, they were not using websites to justify the value. So why is it that now, when I’m trying to sell it back, suddenly the value has to be based on a website? Meanwhile, when I purchased my diamond, a similar stone on Blue Nile was under $100K. Today, comparable diamonds are listed for over $120K. Honestly, if everything ultimately comes down to website pricing from places like Rare Carat, then people looking for cheaper diamonds should probably just buy directly from those websites instead of relying on sales pitches that make customers believe the resale value will hold much better than it actually does. If they had been upfront from the beginning and clearly stated that diamond resale value is extremely poor, I would have respected that and had nothing to complain about. But instead, the way it was presented made it seem like the loss in value would not be nearly this severe, only for the buyback offer to end up almost 40% lower. $81,000 is not a small amount of money to end up hearing “the market fluctuates.” I’m posting this so people can think carefully before spending a large amount of money here.

I was searching for a new setting for my center stone. My husband and I went to multiple jewelry stores but didn’t find anything I liked. We decided to check out Noble and am so glad we did. Evan greeted and assisted us. He showed us some options and I couldn’t decide between two different settings (I liked the band of one ring and hidden halo of the other ring). Evan informed us that they could do a custom ring so that’s what we did. The custom ring took longer than expected but it was worth the wait. I love my new custom ring! The battery in my watch stopped working unexpectedly and I called Evan Allison at Noble Fine Jewelry and he said he could replace it within 15-20 minutes. Upon walking into the store, I was blown away at the beauty and quality of their jewelry displayed. Even Rolex watches! Shopping and will come back again. Highly recommend this high end fine jewelry store for your jewelry needs.

I went here on Friday to see if they could resize my engagement ring, because it is an heirloom from my fiancé’s grandmother and means a lot to me but I have gained a little weight after having our child last year. I explained to them how important it was to me, and they were very generous and explained pricing and time-frame to me very kindly. I expected it to take at least 24 hours to fix, but to my surprise, they said come back in 45 MINUTES!! I was like wow! So pleasantly shocked. I was a little skeptical because I am a new customer and this is a new location, that recently just opened, with no reviews on Google YET. But I came back a little over an hour later, and work was done beautifully. They also buffed it, and cleaned it. It literally looks brand new, and it is 30 years old!! I will be coming back! They also were having issues with their credit card machine, so they offered for me to use Zelle, which I do have - hopefully they get that fixed soon!
