Nordstrom Rack

Found myself in a unique situation and called the store for help. Bailey was incredibly friendly and helped resolve the issue immediately. She was truly a joy to talk to and I’m so thankful. Excellent customer service!

Good products at reduced pricing. The store is neat and well arranged. The employees are helpful and represent their brand very well. There is a potential to draw shallow shoppers whose manners and how they comport themselves belie the the image they try to project. Some customers project entitlement manners, engage in inconsiderate and rude behavior. However, this is in no way Nordstrom's fault. And in speaking with management, they were kind, understanding, and sympathetic.

I was looking for a wallet and my loving husband saw some wallets and purses in the window while driving by..he was excited more than I was! I think he was tired of taking me shopping. We've never been in a Nordstrom nor ever heard of one. I'm giving it 4 stars for right now because the place was big, fully stocked and had very nice employees..plus most people have great reviews so it MUST be a great store..so after another trip I may have a more accurate review of the place. Unfortunately, we never made it past the tables at the entrance. We knew right away we were in the wrong store for us when little purses, even coin purses were marked $50 and up ON CLEARANCE! Regular prices were over $100 for purses and wallets. We looked back at all the clothes racks and shoppers and was wanting to get on the speakerphone and tell everyone they can get the same or close to the same items waayy cheaper than this!! We hurriedly snuck out the door as quick as we came in laughing all the way to the vehicle for even showing up in such a "high class" store with our street clothes on. After reading the reviews here it looks as though I shouldn't of came to such quick judgement...some posted pictures of good deals they found. Now, I can't wait to go back in to actually go deeper into the store to see if I can find some great deals too. Looks like it's mostly on the clothes and shoes....purses and wallets are way to rich for my blood.

This store doesn't cater to us big feet girlie's. There are hardly any shoes and when there is...the cost is outrageous....90 bucks for some flats in a size 13....come on.! And don't get me started on the lack of larger size clothing....18 plus doesn't exist at this location

The older I get the more I realize I shouldn't be spending hundreds of dollars on clothes and should be using the money for wiser things. However, It is nice to go here on occasion and splurge. Got the boy some school clothes and he seems happy with them. The prices were high for a discount store but I guess it's worth it if you want your kid to have the finer things in life. Every once in a while you'll get lucky and find last year's model of shoes for a decent price. Unfortunately, I'm sure I will be back.
