I didn’t have a primary care doctor and my husband recommended Dr. Tom Nguyen. He is a great doctor who is caring and compassionate. His entire office staff is very sweet and friendly. This office also takes the extra measure to assure your safety and follows the COVID protocols. This made me feel very comfortable. Overall, I’m glad I chose Dr. Tom Nguyen and his team! Definitely recommend him for your primary care & family practice needs.

Very rude receptionist. 100% would not recommend this practice. Have been there once before years ago and the doctor barely looked at me. I moved and I was recommend by a family member to go back to them. I had to tell her she was being rude and didn’t even get an apology. Sad that this doctor was recommend. Looks like I will be finding a practice that actually cares about the people they are treating. They must only care about people they know have money. First impressions are everything. If the receptionist is rude what does that tell me about the doctor. UPDATE: Receptionist called back and told me phone call visit was not covered by insurance (which my insurance does) but they could charge me full price for the call. Thankfully I found a doctor that set an appointment up immediately without the attitude and condescending tone. Might I add the doctor I found wasn’t available and found time to fit me in for a virtual visit due to my diagnosis. Don’t waste your time with this place. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I decided to make Dr. Tom Nguyen my new primary care doctor and I feel like I made a great choice. He is patient, thorough, and honest. He is straight forward and assures that you are comfortable with your treatment plan. I highly recommend him! A++

I was a walk in with the flu and had a great experience (or has good as one can have with the flu). The staff was friendly, professional and efficient. I was seen within minutes of filling out my new patient paperwork and on my way to CVS to pick up my prescription that my DOCTOR had called in for me. Talk about attention to detail, attention to patients. My husband and I have found new primary care and couldn't be happier!

I am so sad that Northern Pines does not take my Amerigroup Medicare version. I have been a patient of Dr. Tom Nguyen's since I moved to Tomball 4 years ago and he is a fantastic, caring doctor. The front office people are friendly and professional. I highly recommend this practice and will miss them!
