Nothing Bundt Cakes

I bought a Banana pudding 10" cake, I wanted a 8" bt it was sold out 30mins before pick up i get a call saying 10" was sold out so they will replacement it with an 8" and add 4 more individual bundt cakes to combine the price I had paid for. I asked for lite drizzle and got xtra drizzle..cake was way too sweat/felt old, Noone eat the cake. I called to complained manager offered me a credit and I said No im never ordering again and he said ok ..didn't even offered me a refund or a diff option ..all he said was ok and hang up. BAD customer service. Cake looks way different then the advertized picture.

Ordered Bundlet Bundle via Uber Eats and only packed 10, missing 2 more.Server's name is Joveena R. Trying to call the store but nobody answered the phone.

It was my first tine going here because I wanted to try the Banana Pudding Bundt but it was not available. I instead purchased the limited edition Dubai Chocolate and it was surprisingly the same taste as one brand of Dubai Chocolate I had before. It was on the dense side so I was only able to eat half in one sitting. The amount of pistachio kataifi in the center is a bit small in proportion to the cake. Max was friendly and always had a smile on his face. the overall atmosphere in the store is relaxing. It was also very clean and bright so it was pleasant to look around. UPDATE: Finally got the Banana Pudding Cake after almost 2 weeks. It was good. It was moist and the pudding inside tastes great (although they could add a bit more… same problem with the Dubai Cake). It would have been perfect if the icing outside wasn’t too sweet. I was only able to eat 1/4 of the bundtlet due to its sweetness.

It was Valentine's Day so I decided to walk around the mall and stumbled across this small hidden Bakery. It was really hard to see the bakery sign because of the trees that were blocking the store. I hope to put this little bakery shop on the map so others can appreciate it. There's free parking above the store you'll have to enter the side of the large structure , this is a four level garage and did I mention FREE...... Not very full I'm pretty sure nobody knows about this place either. The cakes are really good and different sizes to choose from as well as flavors very nice helper at the front desk as well. Next door is WING STOP kill two birds with one stone, enjoy.

Earlier this year (2021), I signed up through their website to become an eClub member. Every year they reward their members a free Bundtlet on their birthday! Unfortunately I didn't receive an email to claim the reward, so I went into the store and asked. A kind gentleman was working at the time and was more than happy to assist me. He was super nice and attentive. Made sure to wish me a happy birthday. Just a 2 minute engaging conversation really made my day! I ended up choosing a peppermint chocolate chip Bundtlet. I'm not a huge fan of sweets, but let me tell you, this is one of the best cakes I've ever had. And also probably the best item I've redeemed all year. Thank you Nothing Bundt Cakes!
