Now Auto Care

The Now Auto Care team took customer service to a new level. They greeted me with a smile from the moment I walked in, then immediately I got a tour of there shop and let me tell you, it was the cleanest shop I have ever been. I got pictures and videos of my vehicle , it was a refreshing experience to trust a shop again. Thank you I will definitely be back!

Chase, Memo, Brady, Victor and Bruce are absolutely my car/ truck guys.. can’t forget Alex. This place almost feels like home when I walk in they know me and our vehicles. Truck had to stay at the shop due to a more tedious process and waiting for parts Now Auto thankfully provided a “ Car Loaner”. This option was definitely a blessing. No calling in for work due to car troubles and no interruptions with my work schedules. COMMUNICATION and transparency was absolutely fluid. This was very important to my husband and I. Auto Now is home for ALL 4 of our vehicles for maintenance and repairs. Now Auto will always have my referrals.

Chase and Brady have some of the best customer service when it comes to the industry of the auto care. Service was quick and speedy and I was well taken care of. Highly recommend using them for your next service appointment on your vehicle.

This place is awesome! They do amazing work and are great people. They will not let you leave until your issue is resolved and they have answers for you and I love that because not every place goes that hard to make sure your issue is fixed. Guillermo is the representative that helped me with my issue. He helped with making sure my sunroof issue was resolved and a screeching noise that my car was making. I would recommend this place to anyone! They do everything! Call and ask for Guillermo he will get your squared away!

This was my first time going to Now Auto and I think I have finally found an auto repair shop after looking for a long time! Chase checked me in and was very professional and courteous. He explained clearly what they would do for my car, how they would do it, how long it would take and how much it would cost. He also shared that their goal was to create long term relationships, not short term profit. What he said was very refreshing to hear. I knew they meant it when they offered me a good discount for being a first time customer. I would definitely recommend Now Auto and will be returning for any future work needed on my vehicles.
