My husband and I had a wonderful experience at NP Nails and Spa in Charlotte. We both received manicures and pedicures, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The salon was clean, relaxing, and professional, with a welcoming atmosphere. My nail tech, Rosie, did an outstanding job. She was thorough, attentive, and made sure every detail was perfect. Our services felt unhurried and high quality, and we both left extremely happy with the results. Highly recommend NP Nails and Spa if you’re looking for a great experience and excellent customer service. We will definitely be back!

I gave this salon a second chance, but unfortunately, I will not be returning. The experience was frustrating from start to finish. I had three different people perform my services: one for my pedicure, one for my manicure, and one for my lip wax. The service felt very disjointed, and for what I paid, I expected a much more professional and coordinated experience. I clearly communicated that I did not want my natural nails aggressively filed and asked about soaking off my gel while getting my pedicure. I was given an alternative removal method, but my nails still required a lot of filing and now look noticeably thinner. During my pedicure, I also had to repeatedly explain how I wanted the sides of my toenails cleaned, only to be told “no” and have it done differently. There was also an uncomfortable moment when the technician said something to the manager about my toes, he responded, and they laughed. I don’t know what was said, but I felt uncomfortable and disrespected. Unfortunately, the finished manicure was the biggest disappointment. My nails look uneven, messy, and unfinished, like I could have done them myself with. I paid for professional services, and I expect the results to look professional. I’m not asking for perfection. I’m asking to be listened to, treated respectfully, and receive the quality of service I paid for. After giving this salon a second chance, I won’t be returning.
