Ana is my usual go to, but everyone seems to be just as skilled and detailed oriented. I love this place, so glad it’s my Neighborhood shop.

The customer service was excellent the entire staff were extremely friendly and professional. We were celebrating my sister’s birthday, Linda & Ms. T took care of her. My sister was extremely pleased with them, she mentioned that this was the best birthday spa day ever. They made her feel like a Queen that she is😊

I went here for a fill because my nail lady has been sick and couldn't get me in for a couple of weeks. I wish I didn't. I should have left halfway through, I had to point out several different things and Lisa told me "I've done nails for 25 years, I know what I'm doing, don't worry". But, even the shape is wrong, the nails are EXTREMELY thick and bumpy (no reason, they're very short and my natural nail extends the full length of the acrylic too), I have acrylic flooding on some of my cuticles, exposed/rough filing on others, and the paint lines are terrible. Seriously, one side of my nail is almond, the other side is round (like both shapes on ONE nail). I asked at least 3x about it and another lady even tried to fix it. It was extremely uncomfortable to tell a lady that's supposedly been doing nails for 25 years that these aren't even shaped right. Even moreso that they STILL aren't shaped right after so many mentions. I truly don't like leaving bad reviews, but after mentioning it to her several times and them still not being acceptable, and just the obvious lack of either care or skill visible in the outcome of my nails - I should have walked out in the middle of getting them done. Instead, to avoid drama or further embarrassing the tech, I paid, even tipped well, and now I regret it because I have to pay someone else to fix this mess. These are awful. Someone doing nails for 25 years should not having people leaving their shop looking like this.

I have been coming here for over 10 years and the service is amazing. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They don’t push you into buying anything you don’t need or want. The staff is knowledgeable and I always leave satisfied!
