I had such a great experience at this salon! Before coming here, I went to another salon and unfortunately they completely ruined my hair, it was very uneven and badly cut. But then I came here and Riat was incredibly kind, professional, and honestly one of the best hairstylists I’ve ever met. He gave me the most beautiful highlights and styled my haircut so perfectly and elegantly. I absolutely love my hair now and I’m so happy with the result.

I have had an unimaginable experience with OA salons. When I first came to Olga and Chance in 2024 I truly felt like there was no hope for my hair. (photos 1 & 2) It was falling out and thinning due to stress, malnutrition.. I was so depressed. I had basically abandoned it. On the first appointment they were so kind and so helpful. I was pretty sure I wanted extensions, but there was never any pressure. I left the salon after my consult without paying anything and without getting anything done. ...Only to come back 2 weeks later and have my very first weft install (photo 3). Absolutely no regrets. As I got comfortable with the extensions, I started to have fun with my hair again! The artistic talents of Chance her girls are insane. I still have no idea how they were able to pull off an amazing invisible 24 inch sew in on me (photo 4), I'm 5''5!. Also, those extensions could have lasted me well over a year, but Chance at OA salons has taken such great care of my hair and guided me through the dark that I finally got to the point where I no longer needed extensions.. and when it was time for them to come out, she knew exactly how to trim and highlight my hair so that it fits me. Yes it needed a trim and a highlight, but It is thick, and it is healthy, and I can finally, after 2 long years, say I am confident in my hair again! (photos 5 & 6) thank you OA Salons!!!!!

I just got a keratin smoothing express treatment there and I loved it. My hair is so soft and shiny! Delaney was so kind and professional, she explained the whole process to me and my wife. She gave us different options and the best advice. Even though I'm a guy with very long hair, they didn't treat me differently from any other customer. This was refreshing, because I have been treated differently at other salons in the past, just because I am male. They listened to my specific wants and needs without judgement.

My hair hasn’t looked this good in years thanks to Sophia. She absolutely nailed the “old money meets sun-kissed” blonde that I was looking for. I recommend her 100%. She was super cool to chat with and talented at what she does. Something I also want to note is the environment of the salon. I noticed the stylists collaborating and giving each other tips, ideas, and opinions. I loved it. It helps everyone, especially the client, when more people are working together. The salon was beautiful, they booked me just TWO DAYS OUT (unheard of), and accommodated me for some last minute scheduling issues. I’m not from Charlotte, but Sophia will definitely be seeing me again!! <3
