I would never take my family back to this dental office. I originally thought they were professional, but my experience was the complete opposite. For my son to come home and tell me what “Doctor T” had to say about our family’s personal issues was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. You should never discuss one client’s personal business with another client, especially in a disrespectful way, assuming they aren’t listening. I will never go back, and I would not recommend this office to anyone. On the other hand, I highly recommend Jefferson Dental. They were professional, respectful, and took care of all my dental concerns with ease. What one dental office was trying to charge me an arm and a leg for, Jefferson Dental was able to take care of without all the hassle. Customer service, professionalism, and respect matter—and unfortunately, this office failed in all three areas

How do I even start with this Came and got my braces done around 2021 and got my braces of on December 24 2023, everything was perfect my teeth was perfect and align and not SLANTED at all, after a few months i decided to get permanent retainer and my lower teeth shifted within 2 weeks?! Came and talked to them again and they agreed to did my braces again for free all the way until i got it off just recently on December 2025 , during the time of having the braces again, I noticed my whole upper teeth are slanted and not align, one side is higher than the other one? I asked one of the asian lady with glasses that was taking care of me with the braces and she informed me that they can fix it and make sure i will satisfy at the end . After i got my braces off and guess what? My teeth slanted STILL and reminds you they took off the permanent retainer on my bottom teeth because thats is what shifted so they gave me the clear one instead and i still got the permanent retainer on my upper teeth, and about my whole teeth, one side is higher than the other one and make my whole jaw and smile looks super weird, and not only I noticed it my whole family and friends and a lot of coworkers noticed and asked what happened to my teeth because I literally just got it off December 2025 again, they even asked who and where did i have this done and all. so I decided to came in to talk with the Doctor about it Today march 7th 2026 because Apparently i still have permanent retainer on and also the clear one as well so it is not my fault that my teeth are messed up that bad. Doctor and one of his staff was playing game and keep saying that my teeth are normal and that it is align with my eyes? And the Doctor told me that I shouldn’t have come in and do this on a busy day like this????????? What kind of attitude is this? But anywho they won’t agree to fix it and the Doc keep demanding that my teeth are fine and that i am crazy and his staff next to him agreed to whatever he said, i am done with this clinic and im just letting whoever that choose to get your braces done at this place please be aware especially when you take your kids here as well. Here is also the photo of my teeth now, and that it is normal and super “ aligned “ to the Doctor and his staff, let me know if this look normal to you guys

Hands down, best ever dental clinic. Dr. Trung Trinh is an expert when it comes to planning the treatment based on a variety of factors. I really do appreciate this dental clinic. It's truly been a huge blessing on my part getting my professionally fitted dental implant. Highly recommended on my list.

In brief summary, this clinic falsely claimed I had 8 cavities when I only had 1. I would not recommend this place based on my experience, as it seems they were more interested in making money than providing honest dental care. I visited this dental clinic two years ago for a routine check-up, the dentist claimed that I had 8 cavities. What raised my suspicion was that he explained to me where the cavities were based on pictures taken, not X-rays. After that, they proceed to show me the pricing, but I decided not to proceed with any treatments due to my doubts. Half a year later, I went back to NY and saw another dentist for a second opinion. the NY dentist found only one cavity, which I had it treated. A year after that, I moved and visited a different dentist, who confirmed that I had no other cavities. Also, that 1 cavity that I had was not any of the 8 he mentioned. So either, I got cavity after the visit or this clinic can't identify cavities accurately.
