OneZo Boba & Taiyaki

Listen. I am not being dramatic when I say this drink nearly took my breath away. The Flaming Brown Sugar Milk Tea with 100% sweetness was one of the best boba drinks I’ve ever had. Rich brown sugar, creamy milk tea, perfectly chewy boba, and the most heavenly foam I’ve ever tasted. I literally saved the foam for the end like it was dessert. Every sip felt luxurious. The sweetness was perfect, the presentation was beautiful, and the flavor had me sitting there questioning why all boba can’t taste this good. I came for a drink and left with a spiritual experience. 10/10. No notes. I’ll be back 🧋✨😂

Very cute and cozy atmosphere. They have a lot of options for drinks and toppings. The drinks were perfectly adjusted per my order. This a great place to get a drink and catch up with your friends or unwind after a stressful day. PS. I won a cute bunny toy from the claw machine.

I went looking for matcha and found it, or a dozen of them. This place has everything and for what I got, Tiramisu Matcha it was amazing. Compared to other boba places this was relatively cheaper. 10/10 they will see a lot of me

Wonderful boba shop, you can order via portal or at counter. A calm and cozy shop with a beautiful floral wall display. The drinks are tasty with lots of flavors and toppings. I highly recommend the additional labubu jello, it’s not just jiggly but oh man well made and delicious; just make sure to be gentle when placing it in your drink for pictures 🤣 we had a few bloopers

I've heard great things about OneZo over the years and have always wanted to check it out. I was in the Arlington area and decided it was the perfect time. The parking lot is pretty big. The main appeal of Onezo was the house-made tapioca. I liked the flavor, but texture-wise, it was a bit on the soft side for my taste. Loved that the drinks come in bigger sizes and ordering is super easy with plenty of kiosks. Pricing felt fair too. That said, we ordered several drinks. The drinks with popping boba were too sweet even at 50%, perhaps because of the syrup from the popping boba. I ordered regular sweetness for mine (Tiramisu Oreo Brown Sugar Milk Tea), and I also felt it was too sweet. I'd opt for 50% next time and even lower if I get a drink with popping boba toppings. I also decided to get the Labubu topper trend just for fun, but honestly didn't love it. The texture was very unsettling, although the design itself is pretty accurate. The Labubu completely melted in the car ride home (it comes in a separate plastic box). The Labubu was definitely more of for the novelty factor, so my disappointment doesn't significantly impact my overall review. Lastly, the shop itself is pretty small with limited seating and with no public restroom, this is more of a grab-and-go spot versus a cafe I'd stay a long time in to study/hang out with friends.
