I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. I wish I could give zero stars to this place. From start to finish, it was unprofessional and frustrating. Tina was the nail tech who originally did my nails. First, the quality of the work was terrible. Multiple nails were already cracked and broken within a day, and the shape was completely uneven. The nails were not the same length or width - some were visibly wider, others noticeably shorter. It looked rushed and sloppy, nothing like what I asked for. When I came back to have them fix their mistakes, the situation somehow got even worse. The staff is very disrespectful and dismissive. Tina the technician would not listen to me while I was explaining the issues. At one point, she literally walked away while I was still speaking to her. I was then left sitting there for 45 minutes without anyone checking on me or offering to help. There was no apology, no sense of accountability, and absolutely no customer service. I left feeling ignored, disrespected, and with nails that were not fixed. They let me leave with my hands full of chemicals, nails cut all different sizes and uneven. The picture with the short square nails is how they let me leave. It took me a very long time to finally grow my natural nails out for somebody to destroy them within seconds. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Save your time and money and go somewhere that values its customers and takes pride in its work.

Maya and Ben are the best! My nails turn out perfect every single time and I consistently get compliments on them! They also last 4 weeks which is a huge bonus. Can’t recommend this place enough!!!

Today was the fourth time that I came to the salon. Until today it’s been fine. Both ladies who did my manicure and pedicure were rushing to hurry and get me out. The manicurist was the worst—over filing my nails paper thin with a high grit file(presumably what you’d use on acrylic) even when I told her to please not over file them thin, Gel base and top coat all in the sides of my nail and underneath, and she actually separated my nail from my nail bed on my right thumb, making it bleed. According to TDLR, the service should’ve stopped then. Messy, lazy, and the audacity to charge me $123. Won’t be coming here again. Or probably any nail salons at all anymore. Now I know why they’re called ‘chop shops’. I am disputing the charge through my bank. I did call and speak with the manager about a refund and she took my number down, but I don’t expect to get a return call. I’m sure I’ll get the generic ‘please contact us to make it right’ ‘50% off next visit’ response they’ve given other reviews.

Chloe did an amazing job on my nails. I cannot remember who did my toes but she also did so good. My nails are EXACTLY what I asked for, and more. Thank you Chloe ❤️

I had a very bad service and the lady who was doing my nails cut my old dip off and she ended up ripping off and cutting deep into my nail and skin. I had to let her know it hurt and it was bleeding. She really didn’t care and wasn’t aware of what she was doing. Never going back again.
