I’ve been coming to this dentist office for several years now, and I’ve always had such a great experience! All the techs are super friendly, but I have to give a special shoutout to Luz. She always makes sure I have all the information I need and goes out of her way to verify everything with my insurance so I’m only paying exactly what I should. She’s thoughtful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her patients. It’s always nice walking in and seeing her friendly face — definitely one of the reasons I’ve stayed with this office all these years! Highly recommend!

I was referred by a friend. My first visit was for an initial examination. Dr. Dina Aleissa, DDS, indicated that she wanted to do more than just the initial exam. She was eager to start my treatments as her new patient. From the beginning, she has had an attitude of getting the job done without interference or excuses. It seems to me that the dentists I've seen in the past have had a "pulling the teeth" attitude, so to speak. I had some teeth that needed serious work. Rather than suggesting "pulling teeth," Dr. Aleissa decided to try to get root canals approved first. She attempted to get three approved. Her assistant informed her that one was not approved. I overheard this, and what really impressed me was that she said to her assistant, "Try it again, but this time rephrase it this way." I immediately realized how hard Dr. Aleissa was pushing to save my teeth and get my root canals done. She wasn't worried about doing things as fast as possible or getting a quick paycheck for pulling teeth. To be honest, I don't have the greatest insurance, and the fastest way to make money off me would be to pull my teeth. Dr. Aleissa doesn’t care about that. She treated me as if I had the best insurance plan possible and was truly concerned about doing whatever it took to save my teeth. This was despite the fact that it was going to be time-consuming and costly for her. She was definitely not going to make the "big bucks" off me, and I would venture to say she is losing money with how much time and work she does on me. I am so grateful for her. All the fighting to save my teeth with every dentist I can remember is done. Dr. Aleissa is doing it for me, and it is a huge weight I no longer have to carry. It's such a great relief to finally have someone who is going to do everything possible to save my teeth. Besides the awesomeness of Dr. Aleissa, the front office is full of wonderful assistants who are super cool and diligent about calling to make sure I don't miss my appointments. Can’t complain about this office. They have the best customer service and go far and beyond to satisfy the patient. Luz always has the sweetest smile and Noemi is very compassionate to my father whom is a patient too. Vanessa is very kind in person and over the phone. Amazing girls over all!!!
