Pain & Pleasure Piercing & Tattoo Studio

I went here to get my helixes pierced. I didn’t do much research and trusted that they knew what they were doing. The piercing part was quick and easy so that is why I gave 2 stars. But the artist put a regular butterfly back earring on my piercing which I didn’t know is not what you do for a helix piercing. He also put one earring so tight that the earring he used started to sink into the cartilage. I went to another place to get it fixed and to switch out the earrings and get the bigger gauge I needed. He also sold me bactine to clean it out with which I now know slows down healing so I bought some saline solution like the new place I went to suggested. This was partly my fault for not doing my research beforehand. Anyway I will never be going back here again.

I get that friday the 13th is probably a long day for tattoo artists, i really do. But this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a tattoo shop. The receptionist had to argue with the artist just to give us the tattoo we chose from the post that HE made to advertise. we sat there for almost 4 hours as he whined and complained about the design, helped numerous other customers ahead of us, and looked right at us as he told another guy "no, theres no wait for tattoos". I was getting mine done by another artist and heard him say this as my daughter sat waiting for her turn. I mentioned that we had already been there for 3 hours, he said "and ive been here since 10:30" and then he just shrugged and took the other guy back. Then we chatted with a few ladies who had piercings done by this guy and they all said he did not clean any jewelry OR area on their bodies before piercing them... and most of them were crooked. When my tattoo was finished they said they were closed and that we could come back the next day to honor the pricing since we already paid..... after thinking about it, my daughter decided she didnt want this man doing her first tattoo, but when we called he said we could "get the tattoo or take the loss".... I've been in the service industry for years. I know how much people can suck, and I am conscious of that when being the customer. I chose the mans art, I paid the prices, I just asked for what they advertised. Terrible service, terrible experience. Really disappointed.

i always have the beat experience at this shop! Everyone is so nice. The guy there is the goat and always fixes my piercings !!!

I had a great experience here getting my nose re pierced and taking out an existing septum ring I had. They were professional and fast and I will definitely be coming back for a tattoo soon! I would definitely recommend!

I walk in nervous but honestly I got my nose pierced it went by really quick and it want even that much either and it been healing really well :D
