I am a recent revert. I needed help in looking for my first Waleemah dress. The staff was very kind, generous and so helpful, the sisters helped me pick out beautiful appropriate guest attire that complimented my skin tone and even helped me put my on my hijab for the event Alhamdulillah. Disappointing Experience I’ve shopped here few times, but my visit last week was very disappointing. When I entered, a hijabi girl greeted me. I politely mentioned I’d ask for help if I needed it, but she kept following me very closely as if i would steal from the shop. When I told her again, she responded rudely, saying "i am just doing my job." The attitude made me walk out empty-handed. Also, i dont know Arabic, the language barrier with the hijabi girls staff. They just dont know basic English, making it hard to get clear answers about the clothing. I hope management invests in better customer service and communication training, as this experience really ruined what used to be my go-to store.

We simply wanted to take our time looking around, but her behavior made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Good customer service is about making customers feel respected, and unfortunately, that was completely missing. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers have a better experience.
