Every bite feels like two cultures coming together perfectly instead of competing. Their pastries are soft, fresh, and not overly sweet, which makes them super easy to keep eating without getting overwhelmed. Their lattes and matcha drinks are honestly just as good as the food. The matcha is smooth and rich, not bitter, and the lattes are creamy and comforting—perfect pairing with anything you get from the bakery. What makes Pan Pan really stand out is the vibe. It’s cozy, modern, and feels like a place where you can sit for hours just enjoying good food and drinks. It’s the kind of spot that makes you want to come back just to try something new every time. Overall, Pan Pan is more than just a bakery—it’s a perfect mix of culture, flavor, and comfort.
I tried a horchata matcha and birria shio pan as well as the pigs in a blanket. The young gentleman at the register was very sweet and helpful. The place is pretty small but very cute and on theme with Japanese culture and Mexican culture. …
Awesome bakery with great music and cute decorations. They have gotten very popular and rightfully so, so the space gets packed pretty quick but just be patient and kind to those around you and to the staff! I got the dulce de leche concha and the beef kolache, with a flan latte (all were AMAZING). I highly recommend!!!!
So so good!! My husband and I drove all the way from San Antonio to try Pan Pan. We arrived at about 2pm. We were able to get our hands on some of the pastries (thankfully because I’ve heard they sell out fast). We got some matcha conchas, a coffee bun, and a kolache. As a Mexican, we were so impressed by the quality and flavor of each pastry. I wish we bought more! lol We also ordered a arroz con leche latte and a cinnamon roll latte. I really wanted to try the cafe de olla latte, but unfortunately they were out. However, we had such exceptional customer service and the girl at the counter recommended us the cinnamon roll latte, which is closest to flavor to the cafe de olla latte. Both were absolutely delicious. The arroz con leche matcha latte was my favorite. It has little bits of rice that add that extra texture. Such a fun and unique experience! I wish we lived closer 😩❤️❤️❤️
Pan Pan is amazing! I went with a group and we all loved our drinks and pastries. I enjoyed the wide variety of pastries and breads of Mexican options, Japanese options, and fun fusions. It was super busy and a long line but went rather quickly, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I recommend the banderita matcha, horchata latte, and any of their conchas!
