I visited this place twice, once in-store and once through delivery, and both experiences were very positive overall. The customer service in-store was great, making the visit feel smooth, welcoming, and well taken care of. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant, and everything I tried felt fresh and well prepared. The iced coffee was especially good and added to the experience. On the delivery order, everything arrived perfectly packaged and intact, showing real attention to detail. My wife and I keep coming back here and it is never by accident. The food is consistently fresh flavorful and beautifully made. From the pastries to the desserts everything feels intentional. Nothing rushed nothing sloppy just done right. The variety stands out immediately. Whether you want something light and sweet or rich and indulgent they have options that deliver every time. You can taste the quality in every bite. The service is always on point. Quick respectful and efficient. No confusion no waiting around just a team that understands how to move with purpose. The atmosphere seals it. Clean calm and welcoming. It is the kind of place where you can actually sit down breathe and enjoy your moment with someone you care about. For us this is more than just a bakery. It is part of our routine part of our time together and part of what makes this neighborhood feel like home. Came to this location hoping to have a better experience, and it was a very good experience, customer service was great, the ice coffee was great, and i got too many pastries. Every single thing was well.

One cashier Asian lady around 50 yrs old is very obnoxious. I went there 4th of March around 8am. Absolutely no customer service from her. I see her at the shop often and she's always in the same manner being rude. I'm going to stop visiting there not to ruin my beautiful mornings although I enjoy the enticing pastries.

My wife comes here a lot. But she ask me to come with her because there an employee that works here that doesn’t like his job and works with anger in the evenings. So I come to check it out this guy has no costumer service skills and has an attitude and works with a chip on his shoulder. If he dis likes his job that much he should look for another job that is not feeling with the public. Tonight I came in and talk with an employee he was really professional to hear me out and have good feed back thank you and told me he will forward my info to the management. Good job thank you for your good costumer skills parker. You’re well appreciated.
