This place offers a nice selection of French-inspired pastries in a nice indoor setting, but my experience was a bit mixed. The location itself isn’t particularly inviting. The outdoor patio consists of just a couple of tables on the sidewalk, which can make it difficult if you’re visiting alone with your dog, as there’s no shaded or cooled seating outside while you go in to order. And inside it's not dog friendly. Inside, the décor presents a mix of tables and chairs that matches the French café atmosphere. The menu focuses mainly on French pastries. Prices are on the higher side, so I was hoping for a bit more in terms of quality. I tried the six mini croissants (around $7), which were good but tasted slightly stale. The crab pastry was the highlight—fresh, flavorful, and something I’d happily order again. I also tried the Nutella-filled sugar doughnut, which was a bit disappointing. The filling was quite runny and tasted more diluted than rich, lacking the distinctive hazelnut thick flavor you’d expect.

KIND INTENTIONS GONE AWRY Paris Baguette offered a complimentary pastry, brownie or cookie with purchase—a nice promotion in their app that nevertheless left a bitter taste for a frequent customer. The employee appeared to be new and did not recognize a regular customer who had spent hundreds of dollars at that location. She explained to the customer that the brownie she picked likely wasn’t part of the deal. Then said that order they just rang up wasn’t enough to get the brownie. The customer would need buy something more, the employee said, then the brownie would be free. When asked whether the store manager was available, the employee replied, “No.” She then repeated, “You should have presented the app before checking out the first order. And it was just points you were using anyway. So you can use them next time.” In fact, the offer did not require the customer to redeem loyalty points. This was a different offer set to expire the next day. After a $30+ purchase that day and still no complimentary brownie promised in the loyalty program, the customer left. MY PREVIOUS REVIEW Delightful selection of croissants, including my favorite chocolate. Made fresh, they say. And they taste fresh. The store is modern, the staff attentive. Parking is ample. If you park in front, getting out to the street requires extra effort, but it's worth it.

Visiting Paris Baguette was a delightful experience. From the moment you walk in, the display of pastries immediately catches your attention. Everything looks freshly made and beautifully presented behind the glass counters. I tried some of their custard tarts and pastries, and they were excellent—perfectly balanced sweetness with a soft, flaky texture. The croissants and chocolate pastries also looked incredible, making it hard to choose just one thing. The bakery has a modern and cozy atmosphere, with plenty of options whether you’re stopping by for a quick coffee or a relaxed break. If you enjoy high-quality pastries, this is definitely a place worth visiting. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more from their menu. I’ve been a regular customer at this Paris Baguette since it opened, visiting once or twice a week, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. Today, I purchased my usual coffee and croissant. Because the air conditioning inside was uncomfortably cold, I decided to step outside to sit in the patio area. While trying to open the door with my hands full, my croissant fell on the floor. I went back to the counter, explained what happened, and asked if they would kindly replace it. I was told they would not, unless I paid for another one. Of course, businesses are free to set their policies. But good customer service is revealed in small moments like this. Replacing a $3 croissant for a loyal, repeat customer would have been a simple gesture of goodwill. Instead, the response felt unnecessarily rigid and dismissive. It wasn’t about the pastry. It was about the complete lack of care for customer loyalty. After supporting this location consistently since it opened, I left feeling that my business meant very little to them. Let me explain the stars: - The food is good - The place is ice cold. - The service (based on this experience is particular) deserves one star). Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

I was introduced to Paris Baguette by my romantic partner, and I have since become a HUGE fan! 🥖💕 They have pastries ranging from sweet to savory, crunchy to creamy, big to small - there is something for everyone. All of the drinks I have tried are good, but the Korean milk iced coffee is one of my FAVORITE drinks I have EVER had! Another thing I love about this cafe is the customer service. Everyone I have talked to is so incredibly kind, professional, and attentive - especially Simran, Isha, and Krisha. Even though I only go about once a week, Simran remembers my favorite coffee and will ask me if I want it when I check out my pastries! ☕ I look forward to my future adventures at this cafe!
