The front desk staff member was rude and not very informative. When I asked about my insurance coverage and treatment plan, she threw up her hands and said she didn't know, followed by the comment, “You have a lot going on hygienically.” I found this response abrupt, unprofessional, and embarrassing. I would expect front desk staff to communicate with patients respectfully and be mindful of how their words may be perceived. She seemed unhappy throughout the interaction, was not friendly, and did not make an effort to provide helpful information or assistance.

I’ve been a patient at this office for a long time and spent a significant amount of money here, including over $1,000 on Invisalign treatment. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. Back in June 2024, when I was 7 months pregnant, my retainers broke and I needed a replacement. I scheduled an appointment and drove 45 minutes to the office, only to find out that Dr. Cho—the only provider who handles Invisalign—was not there that day. I had to make another trip. When I returned for my rescheduled appointment, the first thing the office manager said to me was, “Oh no, what are you doing here? We won’t be able to help you.” Being greeted that way, especially while pregnant and after already dealing with scheduling issues, was incredibly upsetting and unprofessional. I eventually paid for new retainers, expecting better quality and service. However, about a year and a half later, my “new” retainers cracked. When I called, I was again told I had to come in on a specific day to see Dr. Cho. I drove back down, assuming they would help fix the issue, but instead I was told they would not be doing anything. The doctor didn’t even come out to speak with me or explain the situation. I had just missed two hours of work for something that could have been communicated over the phone. Throughout these experiences, I felt there was no understanding, no accountability, and no basic courtesy. To make matters worse, when I later called to speak with the doctor directly, I was hung up on. After years of being a loyal patient and investing a lot financially, this is not the level of care or respect I expected. I cannot recommend this office based on my experience.

No complaints about the dental work, but I will not be going back to this office. I have dental insurance. Dr Lee had been my in-network dentist for a while. Dr. Lee changed his in-network status. Dr. Lee did not bother to tell me he was no longer in network. I got an unexpected $476 dental bill. Dr. Lee will not be my dentist from here on.

Dr. Cho and the entire team at Parkview Dental are truly exceptional. They always go above and beyond, but what Dr. Cho did for me today was nothing short of a Christmas miracle. During their holiday break when the office was closed until the New Year—Dr. Cho opened the practice just to help me get my tooth fixed. In a season that’s already so busy and personal, that level of care, kindness, and dedication is incredibly rare. What could have been a stressful and painful situation turned into the best gift I could have asked for. Dr. Cho’s professionalism, skill, and genuine compassion set a completely different standard for dental care. You’re never treated like just another patient, you’re treated like family. I am beyond grateful and cannot recommend Parkview Dental enough. If you’re looking for a dentist who truly cares, this is the place.
