The store is really awesome with a number of asian foods. The vegetables are always fresh, and bakery foods taste so delicious. All items in bakery and vegetables are fresh. Taking about cashier service, it is really nice, friendly and helpful. Will suggest to go here for sure. I believe once you go, will be back again and again. Thank you, Patel Brothers, for providing such good service and quality. 😊

This is the Patel Brother on MacArthur location. There are adjacent multiple businesses with them. There is a huge parking lot. it is a huge grocery department store. They have a better price fruits and vegetables. We definitely recommend that you come to Patel Brother for your grocery. You will save couple of bucks on fruits and vegetables that are very expensive elsewhere when you compare. Shop Smart by going to Patel Brothers. Please check out my videos and pictures of the location. They also have a Bakery selling snack, Sweets and drinks with to go order and no dine in.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Patel Brothers location. After entering the store, I grabbed a cart and finished all of my grocery shopping. At the end, I wanted to buy two bunches of fresh mint. The mint on the shelf was old and partially spoiled, but I noticed there was a box of fresh mint that had just been brought out. I politely asked an employee named Jose if I could have two bunches from the fresh box. Instead of helping me, he responded in a loud and rude tone, telling me “no.” Even after I pointed out the fresh mint and politely asked again, he looked at me disrespectfully and refused to help. I was honestly surprised by how unprofessional and unfriendly the interaction was. Good customer service is about treating customers with respect, even when a request cannot be fulfilled. In this case, the employee’s attitude made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. I have visited other Patel Brothers stores, and the customer service there has been much better. Unfortunately, this location gave me a completely different experience. I also noticed that employees did not greet customers when they entered the store, and when customers asked for assistance, they did not seem willing to help. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service training to its staff. A simple greeting, respectful communication, and a willingness to assist customers can make a huge difference. Unless I see significant improvements in customer service, I do not plan to return to this location.

Do not buy dinner rolls/paav from this store!! They put stale dinner rolls with wrong packaging date on it. I bought the dinner rolls on july1st at 5 pm that had packaged on 07/01 label. The next morning at 6am, I see fungus on these dinner rolls. They cheat the customer by putting stale bakery goods with latest packaging date. Also the baked goods don’t have best by date label as well!

I recently purchased a Kesar Mango box from Patel Brothers, North Irving Store that was labeled as containing 10 mangoes, but when I got home, there were only 9 in the box. When I contacted the store, I was told that the mango count isn’t guaranteed and that boxes can range from 8–12 mangoes, as they are supposedly sold by weight (around 6–7 lbs). However, my box weighed only about 5 lbs, which is below the stated range. To make matters worse, there is no weight mentioned anywhere on the packaging—so customers are left with unclear and inconsistent expectations. On top of that, I was told that returns can only be handled in-store. While that may be their policy, it’s not always practical for customers to come back every time there’s an issue, especially for something that should have been accurate in the first place. Overall, this feels misleading. If the product is sold by weight, it should be clearly labeled with the actual weight. If it’s sold by count, then the count should be accurate. Right now, it’s neither, and that reflects poorly on both transparency and customer service.
