I honestly cannot understand how this office considers this acceptable patient care. My experience with Dr. Jiang and the office manager was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I have had with a medical office. From the way my concerns were handled to the way I was spoken to, I felt completely dismissed and disrespected. There was a serious lack of communication, professionalism, and basic consideration for me as a patient. Instead of feeling listened to or taken seriously, I felt like my concerns were an inconvenience. The office manager’s behavior made an already frustrating situation even worse. Rather than making me feel like the issue was being addressed, the interaction left me feeling even more frustrated and disappointed. Dr. Jiang’s handling of the situation was equally disappointing. A medical office should make patients feel heard, respected, and comfortable asking questions. Unfortunately, that was absolutely not my experience here. I would strongly caution anyone considering becoming a new patient to think twice and do their research before choosing this office. Your time, money, and health deserve better than an experience where you feel dismissed and disrespected. I will not be returning, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend Dr. Jiang or this office to anyone.

This place very disappointing, called there and was hung up on twice while someone answers and you hear laughing in the background. I called a total of 7 times after and then no one answers. I can only imagine what the actual patients deal with. Maybe this isn't the right place for my mom if this is the unprofessionalism that's going on. Now when asked to speak to the manager of course Im on a 30 minute hold. It's ok you will not get another dime from us. And I will let everyone know to run!!!!

I absolutely love my physician, Dr. Hudson, and she is the main reason I have remained a patient for approximately 8 years. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and provides excellent care. Unfortunately, the front office staff has consistently been a problem for years. I recently relocated back to the area after being away for four years, and the same issues still exist. The office staff is often unprofessional, communication is poor, phone wait times are excessively long, and there is a noticeable lack of customer service and concern for patients. As a healthcare provider myself, I understand the importance of professionalism, efficiency, and patient-centered care. It is disappointing to see these ongoing issues remain unresolved after so many years. Dr. Hudson deserves a front office team that reflects the quality of care she provides. The current experience leaves much to be desired and is, frankly, unacceptable.

This place has gone down drastically. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hudson for years and I’ve referred several people here. I’m not sure where they found their front desk staff, but they either need better training or completely let them go. I waited 6 months just to get a referral sent to see the specialist. Each time I called the office, I would get a million excuses of why it hadn’t been done. I even emailed the email address on file, and no one ever responded. My condition started getting worse. I demanded to speak with a supervisor and my doctor. The manager took care of it within an hour; but the mishandling of patients’ files could actually cost them more than just losing a patient. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with the lack of care and concern. Today, I came in as a walk in. A Hispanic girl at the first window said rudely “we’re not taking walk-ins today” and looked back at her computer as if to dismiss me. No explanation or anything. As I stated, I’ve been coming here for years and never experienced this. I plan to report them. Hopefully that will push them to change the staff. Now I have to find a new doctor’s office in the middle of diagnostic process.

HORRIBLE! I have seen three different physicians and have never had a positive experience. The office is unorganized, unprofessional and inconsistent - never a good thing when seeking medical advice. The communication is limited at best, "I will get back with you" never happens. I recently received my doctors SOAP notes and she contradicted herself more than once. The visit results were wrong. I spoke to two managers in hopes to resolve this issue and have yet to hear back nor get an updated report of my visit. My blood work is either NEVER reviewed or referred out to a specialist only to conclude that there are no issues. I have been patient over the years however, it is time to go elsewhere. This place makes you question the medical profession, trust is lost!
