We were introduced to Perez Construction by our realtor (who we also love!) and we are so glad to have gone with Perez Construction for our project. We had a very unfortunate accident in the house before we moved in, so we wanted to make changes to it to make sure it doesn't happen again. Also, we needed the hardwood floors redone and also new hardwood floors on all of the bedrooms. The team at Perez Construction were not only professional, but diligent and on time. They are not the cheapest but also not the most expensive, and for the result we got - it was worth every penny. Connor, Everson, and the rest of the team are so professional, from having a first virtual call explaining the process, to using an online tool to give us daily updates, including pictures of the progress, to doing a final walkthrough of the property to ensure that we were satisfied with the results. They took our vision and made it a reality, and made suggestions along the way. This was a small project for them but there was no lack of professionalism and quality delivered. We have additional projects that we are thinking of, and Perez Construction will be our first choice!

In addition to providing excellent project management throughout the project, my husband and I were particularly impressed by the high quality of the work that the Perez team completed. Everything from framing and drywall to tiling and fixture installation was completed with immense attention to the smallest of details and an eye towards perfection. Their network of subcontractors is excellent and we found everyone that they partnered with to bring the same level of professionalism, attention to detail, and high build quality that we came to realize was the norm for Perez Construction. The result of the high bar that they hold themselves to is a beautiful finish that can be enjoyed for years to come. We could not be more pleased with our decision to hire Perez Construction for our renovation, and recommend them highly. We would hire them again in a heartbeat and are grateful everyday that we get to enjoy the high quality of their work!

Everson and his team did an amazing job on our house extension. Like all the other people who have great reviews, we are very happy clients. If you are looking for a general contractor look no further. We are very glad we chose Perez Construction. Great communication and quality work. Also, has a great personality, very patient, easy to talk to and explained everything that was happening so we knew what was going on. We have dealt with some really bad contractors and this was completely the opposite. We really recommend this team to anyone who needs work done on their home. Also, months after everything was complete, we had an issue with our gate because of the way it was manufactured and because of kids and he sent his team to repair it with no charge. Such great service! Due to a very busy schedule, I normally don't take the time to write reviews unless there was some extreme satisfaction or extreme disappointment. I am taking the time to write this review to support this business and to spread the word of how great they are. I still owe Everson some home made food as a thank you for a job well done!

I am a designer that has worked with a variety of contractors in SF over the last 10 plus years and can confidently say that Perez Construction is a breath of fresh air! They are always willing to go above and beyond to deliver the best quality product to their clients as well as the designers they partner with. Great design and construction is always a result of an efficient, collaborative and creative process and Perez delivers just that.
