Pho at Treasure Island

Me and my friend both needed something to eat after a long day of partying and it was basically our dinner. During our stay here we been wanting to try this place out but they have been closed. Finally we got lucky and the day has come and they were open. We were both greeted by their welcoming staffs and seated almost immediately. Their menu is very simple which they offer Pho, a variety of noodle soups, rice plates, appetizers, banh mi (Vietnamese sandwich), vermicelli bowls and drinks. Everything here is made to order which is always a plus for me since it is quality over quantity and I never mind the wait since I am a very patient person. Finally our food arrived and it was time to feast. The flavor of the items here are authentic, food is delicious, ingredients are premium/carefully selected and portions size are fulfilling. The staffs here are well trained, professional, understanding and polite where our visit was a satisfying and issue free one. For the payment they accept both cash and cards. I highly recommend this place to all Vietnamese food enthusiasts, to anyone staying at the Treasure Island hotel to pay a visit, if you are in need of a quick bite just like us or if you just so happen to be in the area to check them out. I definitely will be back to tryout the other delicious options they have to offer.

I was very pleased with my experience. I ordered the chicken pho and was pleasantly surprised with how good it was. I also got the Boston cream pie but I did not get a picture of it, it was very yummy. Our server Tom was wonderful, very jolly and attentive. I recommend for sure

As a Vietnamese person, I didn’t expect much after reading the reviews, but the quality was actually much better than I expected. The broth has an authentic Vietnamese-style flavor,not mind-blowing, but rich and nicely layered. I ordered the special bowl, which came with fresh and tender rare beef, flank with just the right amount of soft tendon, perfectly braised translucent tendon, and decent beef balls. The only thing that brought the dish down a little was the noodles. Most Vietnamese people are used to flat, thin rice noodles. While some regions in Vietnam do use small round noodles (such as Gia Lai), the noodles here had a noticeable floury taste that slightly took away from the overall experience. If they switched to a better noodle, I think this phở could be even better. Overall, I still really enjoyed the flavor. For me, the broth and toppings were definitely the highlights.

The pho here is absolutely amazing! Huge thanks to Chris for keeping my drink topped off the whole time, and to Pamela for being so welcoming and kind. Great food and even better service—I'll definitely be back.

The food was amazing! The service was terrible! The waitress was rude and not friendly. Then when she came and took our cards for payment she was gone for 15-20 mins. So long that we asked a different waiter if he knew what she was doing. Then once she was done she threw the ticket folder at us and walked off without any explanation. She charged my account the wrong amount, I am hopeful that will be fixed like the ticket I received. All it would have taken was her letting us know what happened. But she just walked off.
