Pho Barr

Everything was excellent. Clean and great customer service. We had the fried dumplings, Mamas special eggrolls, vermicelli bowl and pho soup. The food was flavorful and delicious. Best Pho spot I have tried in the area. The shredded ribeye in my bowl was generous in portion and grilled nicely instead of a boiled bland flavor. The location was a bit hidden but a truly great find. Support local business and give it a try!

I really wanted to like Pho Barr, but my experience fell far short of expectations in several ways. The service was genuinely disappointing from start to finish. Despite the restaurant not being very busy, we waited about 30 minutes for our food while it was obvious that to go orders were being prioritized over dine in customers. When the food finally arrived, the portion sizes were comically small for the price. It felt like the bowls were more broth than actual food. Meat and noodles were so skimpy. I had a total of 5 bites for noodles.. To make matters worse, we weren't given napkins and had to flag someone down to ask for some, which added to the already sloppy service experience. Funny how others have mentioned this in their review as well. Overall, between the long wait, tiny portions, and lack of basic attention to customers, Pho Barr missed the mark in almost every way. Definitely not a place l'd rush back to or recommend. I hope they improve their dine in service.

This place is has a very unique vibe to it. Stainless steel water cups and neons everywhere were a very nice touch. The vermicelli bowl was REALLY good, all the ingredients were super fresh and the portion size was very generous. Service was on point too, the whole place looked polished and clean. Definitely will be coming back, and recommending.

The atmosphere and energy of the restaurant is very cool, but I wouldn’t say the same for the food or service. I’ve been to many pho restaurants and this place unfortunately fall short. The bowls are pretty large but that is because it is mostly broth. The broth that day was also very salty. They skimp on the meat, leaving you with a bowl full of noodles and broth. I also order a brown sugar boba to go and the drink did not come with boba. You would think it would have came with boba with boba being in the name. The menu did not specify that the boba cost extra or was not included. Although I was seated instantly, the service did not deliver as I didn’t have anyone come by to offer drinks for 15 minutes, then another 15 minutes to actually take my order. The table did not come stocked with napkins, so I had to ask halfway through my meal. I really wanted to like this place because it is very nice and unique, but the food and service was very subpar.

Pho are very delicious!!!👍👍👍BEST PHO IN WEBSTER TEXAS. Very friendly staffs. Great atmosphere love the music. And the restroom are very clean. Will definitely recommend PHO BARR to friends and family. Loving the neon lights and Vietnamese painting on the wall. 💯💯💯🫶🫶🫶Will be back soon!!! Great job😀😀😀🫡🫡🫡
