Pho Envy

Food was so delicious and flavorful. The two folks that attended us seemed to not be having a great day.. other than that the food was exceptional.

I can’t speak on the food because I’ve never eaten here. But as far as the service and atmosphere; the staff gave a very distasteful experience. Definitely encouraging me never to return and become a customer. I am a Advid dasher, I went to pick up an order. As I arrived and was waiting on the order. I asked if I could have some water while I wait. Now understandably it’s not a requirement to provide dashers with water. BUT you would think any decent human being wouldn’t have an issue doing so especially for delivery drivers that are essentially helping you earn money. Other wise without delivery options a lot of customers they think they have probably wouldn’t come. Restaurant was completely empty and the response was “they can’t afford to keep giving dashers something to drink”. Mind you they have real cups. So in reality; me as door dash driver whom is delivering your product to customers isn’t worthy enough to use a cup that they would have to wash afterwards. Furthermore I don’t make a fuss or big deal I just say okay no worries. As I’m waiting I lean on the front counter with my elbow on the desk scrolling thru my phone as I wait. I am immediately approached by a man demanding I go sit somewhere. I responded by saying I rather stand. As a dasher it’s not idea to want to go get an order and have to sit and wait. You want to Be in and out. Sitting and waiting means you are missing money that can be made. And brace yourself because for the first time in my life I was “accused of POTENTIALLY trying stealing money out of the tip Jar or go into their cash register” mind you, it looks like it was maybe 1 dollar bill in there. His exact words was Go sit over there, why would you want to stand and wait right here. The register, the tip jar and our menus are right here. We have had dashers steal out of tip jar.” I told him no worries I will never accept an order from DoorDash for your establishment again. And he said that’s fine. But you WOULD think that wouldn’t be a response and approach you would have. It looks like a mom and pops restaurant that already isn’t getting much business. Great way to leave an impression on a potential customer. One thing I love about dashing is I always find new places to eat and try. But it’s safe to say I will definitely not revisit this store to try the food. God Bless y’all soul Andi hope next time you choose not to be so rude to a customer or a DASHER. Food here is so good. I prefer to come here for the rice platters or vermicelli where I recommend you get it with the deluxe meat. They give SO MUCH meat with the deluxe. It's so filling and well made and the meat is super flavorful. Their pho is okay, but there are other pho places that I prefer to go to instead. Definitely always coming back for more blood.

Some places completely remind you of what fresh, hot, and delicious are supposed to look like. Considering I just had a not so hot experience at another Asian style eatery, Pho Envy showed up and showed out. It’s so good. Pho is already a fave I had to learn to cook, so I hadn’t been out for it in awhile. Very glad this was suggested. Try them if you haven’t. Yummmmm.

Vermicelli bowls are so delicious! Ive gotten take out a few times and the taste and quantity of food is always consistent.
