Pho MC

Tried Phở MC Noodle & Grill today and was seriously impressed. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food came out fresh and fast. We started with the spring rolls, dumplings, and spicy edamame — all really good with flavorful sauces. The pho broth was rich and authentic without being overly salty, and the ingredients tasted fresh. The spicy beef rib soup was outstanding and packed with flavor. The portions were generous, prices were fair, and everything tasted homemade. Definitely a great spot in Irving if you’re craving Vietnamese food or comfort food with quality ingredients. I’ll absolutely be back.

Great location and friendly service. 5 stars for the bún bò huế. It didn’t come with sliced cabbage like you’d expect though. But overall good. 4 stars for the rare steak, brisket and meatball pho. I had high expectations for the spring rolls and eggrolls based on the reviews from everyone else. The pork (char sui) used in the spring rolls was super dry. The eggrolls reminded me of the cabbage filled ones you’d get at the Chinese restaurants, but with a bit of pork and a lot of noodles. About $42 for two people.

The restaurant is new but everything is great. Delicious food, lovely waiters, waitresses and owners, good music, pleasant atmosphere to enjoy. Everything is very clean, the siracha sauce and hoisin sauce bottles are always full, refilled regularly my water, the restaurant is very attentive and pays attention to details, something that few restaurants can do. I appreciate their service. I have eaten here many times both at the restaurant and to take home. I highly recommend the pho, the broth is very, very good. In addition, I have tried the vermicelli, stir fried flat rice noodles, spring rolls, and banh mi, the flavors are all very impressive and unforgettable. I am Vietnamese and I find the food here very tasty and reminds me of my mother, of my hometown. This will always be my regular place when I crave Vietnamese food.

The spicy wontons was really good, over all food was bomb, good Vietnamese coffee too. Spring rolls are okay, the sauce carries, the meat was a bit old. Good service as well the ladies were nice

This Vietnamese pho is absolutely amazing! The broth is rich, flavorful, and tastes like it was slowly simmered for hours. The noodles are soft yet chewy, and the beef is tender and delicious. With fresh basil, bean sprouts, and lime on the side, every bite is full of flavor. Great portion size, fair price, clean environment, and friendly service. Definitely one of the best pho spots I’ve had — highly recommend!
