Pho Prime

Food was great indeed! The short rib was very tender and pho broth was very flavorful. But the thing is I paid extra for my short rib just to have them cut the meat out of the short rib 💀 they took away the best part about eating a short rib. Also i waited quite a long time for the food despite the restaurant has only like 2 tables. Maybe they spent an extra 10 minutes extracting my short rib meat out when i never asked for them to do that.

Prime indeed! Service and atmosphere: Located in Galleria area right next to swanky Conservatory Galleria that features bars and various food vendors. Pho Prime matches the Conservatory vibe. It's modern, swanky and well designed. Service was good. Food and drinks: This place is called Prime for a reason. Great choices, very good presentation, great flavours and seasoning. Vermicelli was soft and the grilled beef paired well with all ingredients on the plate. Yum! Pricing: $$ - all prices were worth the food quality and taste. I definitely recommend this spot and will be back to try more foods.

Just came today on Memorial Day with my mother and a friend and it was great friendly service! We had about a 35 min wait on the waitlist. The shrimp and garlic noodles were excellent. Crawfish was perfect. The best dessert is the bread pudding its so soft and gooey!!! The pho broth is very flavorful. Id come here again especially for the crawfish the Thai basil flavor and buttery garlic are delicious! I love the robots as well!

First time trying this place, was confused at first since we came in strictly for the Pho and we only noticed the Crawfish Cafe sign in the back, but we were at the right spot. It was packed, but they had us seated quickly. Within 10 minutes. Took a look at the menu, ordered the Fatty Brisket pho, great flavor/broth as it comes and they offer all the traditional condiments so you can customize as you see fit. Wifey liked the Michelada, Lychee lemonade was refreshing. Service was amazing, we had Khai helping us out. Even though the place was packed she still made time and checked on us throughout the meal. She was excellent. My only miss was the Vietnamese coffee, I've had a decent bit here and there at different places, but this one was less sweet and had a stronger coffee presence as compared to the usual Vietnamese coffee that I'm used to. Doesn't take away anything from the experience though. I still enjoyed it but fair warning for those who are more sensitive. Will definitely come back to try other menu items.

I had high hopes coming to this place because of some Facebook Ad... Sadly it was a big disappointment!! Small portions and pricey for this area. Interior looks nice but it reminded me of McDonald's Playground. Poor service. I was not greeted when I entered. There was no manager or anyone older than 30. It seems like it is run by kids. Poor management Wait time was long even though all these empty tables. At least 10 open tables open but still check in to computer system?? Got me all confused... Salty food This is nothing more than Commercialized, Fast Food Vietnamese restaurant. Felt more like a fast food chain restaurant without the homeliness of a sit down restaurant. Sauces were served in a plastic to go containers... Flavor was off MSG Can't understand how they are associated with Ocean Palace. I recommend you walk across the street and go to Tuong Ky Com Tam or Viet Alley for Authentic Vietnamese food that is better tasting!
