Already walking in smelled amazing so I immediately had high hopes! And I was NOT let down, the staff was so friendly and nice!!! Also the food was SO delicious! All of it came out fresh and hot which I absolutely loved and appreciated! I've been in the hunt for a pho place since I moved here, and I'm glad to say I found my go to spot will be coming back! Especially for those egg roles!!!!

Because this seems to be a mom/pop diner, food took a few minutes to prepare and come to our table. When it arrived, it went down with great satisfaction. There was a small issue with the credit card machine that was resolved but just in case come prepared to pay with cash if necessary. We enjoyed our meal and experience.

We used to love this place. Management or ownership must have changed. Prices have gone up tremendously and service is absolute garbage. Today we ordered online. Took a few minutes for the order to be accepted, then said it’d be ready between 11:05-11:15. Got a text it was ready at 10:50, I had just left to pick it up. I didn’t want sit around waiting for them, now I’m headed to pick up food that cooling down. An employee watched me like a hawk getting condiments, then said if she didn’t charge me for condiments, they’d get in trouble by their manager. I asked to speak to the manager, she said she didn’t know if he was there since she only works in the front. Then she went to the back to get him where he was standing at the service window! He comes out and tells me that if I come in for lunch, I get ONE condiment, and have to pay for the rest. Blamed it on “prices of everything is going up”. I told him build it into the price of food. I explain to him that last time we ordered 50 egg rolls and $200 worth of food, and got NO sauce for the egg rolls. The girl working that night pulled out a sheet of paper that said sauce was $1/oz. It used to come with the egg rolls. I asked why and her response was “the people who wrote this aren’t here” I told the manager today that if that’s how they are going to conduct business, then we’ll take our business elsewhere. How do you spend $250 on food and get nickeled and dimed for the sauce that is supposed to come with it!?
