Pho Saigon

I ordered my food to go and it was so great!! I had to order it twice! My first order was the spring rolls and the beef pho with eye round and well done flank. The rolls came apart after the second bite but were still flavorful. The pho was of course the star of the show! It was a great experience for my first time eating beef pho. The broth was so good, veggies crisp. It was a great time! The second time I ordered, I ordered egg rolls and beef pho with eye round, well done flank, and tendon. I should've ordered 2 orders of the egg rolls, they were so good. I normally dress my pho the same way each time. This time I add the chili oil to my pho. I was expecting it to be super spicy and it wasn't. It did give the broth a heightened flavor that I enjoyed. I can't wait to order again and try a different combination!!

Delicious and clean experience. I called in order to make a takeout order at 8pm ze’d was able to arrive within 10-12 minutes and my food was ready. The pho flavor was delicious. We got the special combination and seafood large bowls (would’ve liked a larger portion but that’s probably my appetite being rather large to begin with - I felt the price reflected the quantity). Also the charbroiled chicken Banh mi and order of fried egg rolls. The restaurant was clean (I make it a rule to use a restaurant’s bathroom to make sure they have soap and it’s clean). The service was friendly and fast. I liked that they had two large screen TVs I could watch while I was waiting. I’d recommend and we’ll be back.

I recently stumbled upon Pho Saigon and boy, am I glad I did! I was in the area handling some stuff with my lady, and she was craving some Pho. The moment we walked into the restaurant, we were blown away by the aesthetics. The décor and design were top-notch, and the entire place was spotlessly clean. The staff at Pho Saigon are a delight! They were all so polite and welcoming, and it really added to the overall experience. We were quickly seated and presented with menus. We decided to order the Pho, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! The large bowl of soup was packed with flavor, and we were given all the fixings to create the perfect bowl. And let's not forget about the lemonade - it was hands down the best I've ever had. I could have easily had multiple glasses, but I had to save some room for the Pho! If you're a fan of Vietnamese cuisine or are just looking for a great bowl of Pho, I highly recommend Pho Saigon. The food is great, the lemonade is even better, and the staff are amazing. Don't hesitate to give them a try - you won't be disappointed!

I usually love getting pho from this place, but today was really disappointing. I ordered the pho chay (veggie pho), and the bean sprouts—which are usually my favorite part—were slimy, bubbly, and clearly not fresh. It was very unappetizing, and I ended up not eating the pho at all. I hope they pay more attention to the freshness of their ingredients in the future

(Update/Edit 12.20.2024) I think it really hurts to watch you guys greet other people normally, but when I walk up, the first thing you ask me if I'm a delivery driver here for "pick up". Interestingly enough, my coworker was there on a date and wasn't asked if he was an Uber driver. Neither was his date. And they both wore a hoodie and baggy jeans. They are also both white-complected. I am ebony and wore a button up polo. This has happened a couple of times at your restaurant and I forgave it (the last time the server apologized and gave me spring rolls on the house). But I think profiling me, a regular customer who eats here multiple times a month and has brought you several new customers, multiple times by different servers is extremely unprofessional and ignorant. Sadly, I will not return, though your food was quite good. (Original review) My first time trying Pho was here. I love the beef one with steak, tendons, and beef sausage. I also regularly enjoy their shaken beef special. Service is quite fast as well.
