Pho Saigon Vietnamese Restaurant & Bakery LLC

I stopped by for lunch around 2 PM after remembering that I had enjoyed the pho here a few years ago. The restaurant was quiet, service was friendly, and my food came out quickly, although attentiveness dropped off a bit once the meal was served. I ordered the Saigon Special along with the fresh spring rolls. The spring rolls were huge, and the entree was a generous portion with plenty of grilled pork, chicken, shrimp, and noodles. Everything tasted fresh and was cooked well, but the flavors were more subtle than memorable. It felt like a place that emphasizes generous portions and good value. I’d still come back for the pho. I remember it having a flavorful broth and a generous amount of meat, which is what brought me back in the first place. With several good Vietnamese restaurants nearby, I’ll probably continue trying different places, but this is still a solid option if you’re looking for a satisfying meal.

I've tried several places around town looking for the best pho, and this is definitely the #1 best pho in San Antonio. The pho broth is darker, rich, and full of flavor—there's simply no comparison to the other places I've tried. They serve a generous amount of meat, so you actually leave feeling full. The summer rolls are always fresh and never soggy. They usually come with pork and shrimp, but I order mine with just shrimp, and they're always delicious. I haven't had a single disappointing visit. The service is consistently impeccable, and the restaurant is always clean. If you're looking for authentic, flavorful pho, this is the place to go. Highly recommended! Also their Thai tea! one of the best in town 👌

I typically get the Chicken, vegetable or a Brisket pho. The beef broth is so firee. My favorite appetizer is there spring rolls, they have the best peanut sauce I've ever eaten 🤏🏻

Delicious food and great service. I had the Saigon Vermacelli bowl and my guest had the Beef and Rice, both were delicious. We started with the spring rolls, which were extremely fresh and very delicious. Its our new favorite spot on the West side of San Antonio.

This is probably some of tge freshest, tastiest food I've ever had. My family enjoys all the dishes from pho, to vermicelli bowls, noodles, spring rolls and this DELICIOUS STIR FRY DISH! Always great , friendly service and enjoyable atmosphere. It's always in our regular restaurant rotation. Stop by! UPDATE 11/16/25: They got a new chef and I can't believe it, but EVERYTHING we ordered tasted even better than before! The Pho was THE BEST I've had so far in SA! Keep up the good work!
