Pho Sure Bistro

I recently tried Pho Sure near San Antonio and had a solid experience overall. I started with the pork and shrimp spring rolls, which were large and came with a tasty peanut sauce. They were fresh and a good way to kick off the meal. For the main dish, I ordered the beef combo pho. The broth was savory and rich, which is exactly what you want from a good pho. It also came with fresh Thai basil and bean sprouts on the side. Prices were fair, but the portion of meat in the pho felt a little light compared to the amount of broth and noodles. Service was smooth, and the meal overall was enjoyable. Not perfect, but definitely a decent spot if you’re in the area and craving pho.

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, although I think the cleanliness could be improved. The pho broth is little darker than what you'll find at most places and has a unique flavor. It was good overall, but I felt like it was missing something to make it truly stand out. I also noticed there wasn't any pepper or chili sauce on the tables, which I usually like to add to my pho. The portion size was decent, but I felt the amount of meat served in the pho was a little less generous than at other places I've tried. Unfortunately, the shrimp summer rolls were disappointing. They were very soggy and difficult to eat without falling apart, making them messy to eat. Overall, the pho is definitely good, and I'd rank it as my #3 spot for pho in San Antonio.

I love this place so much, I’ve been visiting it more often. I don’t think I’ve ever loved a food more than pho after I started eating at this restaurant. Their pho is the best I’ve had and the service is absolutely IMMACULATE. I love the woman who serves me every time, she even remembered who I was last time I came in. Pho Sure Bistro pho life 😻🩵🩵

The food was so good. I had the egg rolls and the lemongrass chicken. It did not disappoint. I ate all my food. I couldn't put it down. You must try the Vietnamese coffee. So so good. The atmosphere was lively yet intimate. Beautifully decorated and the colors bright yet elegant. The staff was wonderful and attentive. Will definitely come back again.

I got the everything pho minus the tendons, I think the broth could have been a little more herbal/fragrant but the overall flavor was good. I think it's ridiculous that they only put one shrimp in the pho. The crab rangoon filling was savory and creamy but the rangoon is more crust than filling. The peach mint tea was refreshing, not too sweet which I appreciate.
